  • The Kozy is a true treasure of warmth and comfort with a magnificent view of nature. It is located on a large wooded lot extending to a stream allowing nature lovers to enjoy beautiful outdoor hikes. It is a few minutes walk from Lake Amico where it is possible to practice several aquatic activities such as canoeing or paddle boarding. Plus, it's less than an hour from your favorite ski slopes. Spacious, clean and warm, it easily accommodates eight to ten people. The Kozy will welcome you for your stays with family or friends and will certainly be part of your fondest memories.

Great property in a stunningly beautiful location, hosted by an amazing team called 'The Kozy' :) host provided all necessary details ahead of time regarding our stay, welcomed us with a complimentary water and a bottle of wine and always responded promptly to any of our questions during our stay. The property was very comfortable, it had everything needed for a party of 6-8 people.

Amazing property close to Val-David and Village du pere noel. This beautiful, well-maintained modern chalet had everything we needed to spend 5 days with family. We especially enjoyed the included board games, badminton/volleyball court and hot tub. The host was available to answer questions quickly and provided detailed instructions for check-in and use of the appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back again soon!

This was such a beautiful winter location! We had lots of space for the whole family! There were ski hills and tubing glissade locations close by. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for us! It was absolutely perfect and we hope to book again!

Février 2026Magnifique chalet! C’est une construction ressente et il ne manque de rien pour agrémenter vos repas et votre séjour! Très belle luminosité et propreté impeccable.Très bonne communication avec l’hôte; il répond rapidement s’il y a un problème et corrige la situation avec une grande gentillesse. On recommande la location de ce chalet sans hésitation !Le chalet est très confortable même si vous êtes plusieurs personnes. Le sous-sol est très bien aménagé pour amuser petit et grand!

Magnifique séjour! Communication avec le proprio 10/10, il a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement!Le chalet est spacieux et il était ultra propre à notre arrivée! Nous avons aussi eu beaucoup de plaisir au lac privé à quelques minutes de marche! Bref, je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation!
