  • Completely renovated in 2016, this bright 40m² with its 5 typical Saint Malo windows, all parquet, will seduce you for a quiet holiday, or to enjoy the equinox storms, at your leisure! Restaurants and shops are close at hand, the busy streets nearby. The Tour des Remparts, with the wind from the broad armful of foam and the spectacle of the tides, the beach and the Bon Secours swimming pool are less than 200m away…
    This corner apartment, on the 3rd floor, enjoys great clarity on the Place aux Herbes, all of granite, in the heart of Saint Malo. 9 Hermine has an entrance hall, a large living room with a sofa bed, separated from the bedroom by large sliding boat-style shutters.
