"I booked this property but it was my adult grandchild and boyfriend who actually stayed so I have consulted them for the references. They were more than pleased with everything about their stay and both they and I found the host both charming and helpful in every possible way. They genuinely loved their stay. "Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there.
