An exquisite Normandy estate, located less than 30 minutes by car from the beaches of Deauville and Trouville, offering a harmonious blend of modern comfort and antique charm. The property features a beautifully crafted main house, built with the finest reclaimed materials, and a separate guest house.  
  
The main house, spans 200 m² and offers a warm, inviting living area with 2 fireplaces and direct access to the terrace, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a ground-floor bedroom, a bathroom, WC and a laundry room.  
  
Upstairs, the property is home to three generously-sized bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy, alongside a family bathroom.  
  
Above the carports, the guest house offers a private and refined living space with a bedroom, WC and a bathroom along with a kitchen equipped with oven and gas stove and a living area.  
  
The estate is set within a meticulously maintained, enclosed garden of 5,000 m², with mature trees and lush landscaping offering complete privacy as well as entertainment for kids of all ages with a trampoline and a swing set.
