#### Studio à l’étage dans une superbe villa
L’accueil, le confort, la propreté, toutes les commodités de même que la vue, la tranquillité et la proximité de la grande piscine, du restaurant et de la plage était super. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre semaine. Merci Marie-Claude :)

Séjour agréable chez Marie Claude, appartement conforme à la description. Le seul problème réside du fait qu'il est impossible de trouver une place de parking après 19 h ; donc découragés de sortir le soir.

Notre séjour de 8 jours chez Marie-Claude était parfait! L’hébergement était impeccable et la proximité à pied de la plage du complexe était très appréciée. Des chaises de plage et un parasol étaient disponibles pour nous. Nous y retournerons!!

#### Sejour à l anse du rocher
Merci à Marie Claude qui nous à accueillis chaleureusement. Nous avons passés 32 jours de rêve dans un studio superbement bien situé et agencé avec cuisine sur la terrasse et une chambre salle de bain toilette ou nous avons pu apprécié la climatisation après une journée sous un soleil inévitable à notre grand bonheur 50m de la piscine et 5 mn a pied de la plage vraiment on ne pouvait espérer mieux...merci à Marie Claude pour les tous les renseignements donnés pour que notre séjour ssoit des plus agréable entre cocotier et bougainvillées au calme avec en seul bruit le chant des oiseaux ... ils nous vient à l'esprit qu une pensée " IDYLLIQUE " nous espérons revenir très bientôt mais cette fois ci pour quelques mois pour quoi pas pour y rencontrer à nouveau Marie Claude !!!

Lieu magique pour de superbes vacances. Le logement est très agréable, climatisé avec une cuisine extérieure parfaitement adaptée. La propriétaire nous a très bien reçus en nous offrant du planteur et du jus de fruit très appréciés. Nous lui en avons acheté quelques bouteilles tellement il était bon ! Nous conseillons vivement ce logement dans un endroit paradisiaque.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement parfaitement équipé et joliment décoré. Les propriétaires sont charmants et fort sympathiques; nous avons apprécié les fruits frais, les boissons y compris le planteur fait maison mis à notre disposition. Tout est pensé pour que les hôtes passent un bon séjour : documentation personnalisée sur Saint François et sur les visites incontournables de l'île, transats, jeux pour les enfants... Nous recommandons fortement ce studio; il est calme et bien ventilé. Nous avons hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau! Merci encore d'avoir contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

#### Idéal pour des vraies vacances
Nous avons fini agréablement nos vacances dans cette location. Tout y était parfait, l'accueil de la propriétaire, la propreté et l'agencement de l'appartement, les équipements, la résidence (avec la piscine, la plage et le restaurant). Le descriptif de cette location est fidèle à la réalité Malgré une période de vacances et un nombre important de résidents, tout était très calme de jour comme de nuit. Les moustiques étaient eux aussi en vacances. puisque nous n'en avons pas vu un seul. La proximité de Saint-François et de Sainte-Anne est plutôt très appréciable pour les commerces et les activités. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y retournerons (c'est une certitude)

#### Un appartement parfait !!!
Notre séjour en Guadeloupe a été en partie très réussi grâce à cet appartement. Un accueil plus que sympathique (contact très facile avec des propriétaires charmants, coupe de fruits frais et planteur à notre arrivée), un appartement très agréable (tranquillité, propreté, belle décoration, très fonctionnel, très bien équipé : on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus). Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants et tout a été parfait. Je recommande très vivement cette location. De plus le cadre est magnifique (très belle piscine et belle plage à quelques pas).

#### Charmant, chaleureux et convivial
Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille (couple avec 2 grands enfants) dans ce superbe studio aux couchages particulièrement confortables. Le sens du mot accueil prend avec la propriétaire tout son sens, être le « guest » n’est pas vain mot. Il ne faut pas manquer le « Ti-Coco » pour entre autres ses langoustes mais aussi les viennoiseries du matin. La piscine et la plage sont superbes. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement cette adresse.

#### Un séjour parfait
Nous avons séjourné 1 mois dans cet appartement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipé.Son emplacement est très agréable, bien ventilé ce qui est appréciable lorsqu'il fait très chaud. La résidence est sécurisée, les propriétaires sont discrets et sympas. Il y a une plage privée et une grande piscine mais pour profiter pleinement du séjour, nous recommandons une voiture. La terrasse est sécurisée avec un portillon, très appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. Aucune surprise possible nous recommandons cette location.
