"this is a budget property it's not fancy - don't think it is. but it's great for what it is. i would rather stay here (which i have two years in a row) then pay the crazy high prices other places. the location also is a big plus. found another place for about the same price that has air conditioning, but it was a 20 minute walk to the metro. (no thank you) there are fans in each room an it's a dorm. know that going in and you know what to expect. one of the security guards was fantastic! remembered us from the year before within in the first minute! "
