House on one level bright, modern and fully equipped, with its beautiful private courtyard without vis-à-vis south. You will be 10 minutes walk from the Port of Légué, 1km from downtown Saint-Brieuc and close to the seaside resorts of Rosaires and Saint-Laurent and clinic Plérin. The house consists of two rooms and a nice bright courtyard to the south. It can accommodate 4 people (1 double bed in the room, 1 convertible sofa in comfortable double bed 160x200cm in the living room). The main room with its open kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom overlook a beautiful private courtyard, bright and intimate facing south.
