"When we realised we would be arriving outside of check-in times, I called the hotel number (from their website) and they made sure we would still be able to get to our room. Room 17 was lovely, particularly enjoyed the bathtub after such a long drive, the water was very hot! Rooms were immaculate, quality towels and bedding. Peaceful at night, I slept very well. "We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff really lovely and made us very welcome. The main restaurant is closed most nights except Sunday and Monday but don’t let this stop you as they recommend lovely places around and all walkable I’d try and reserve a table at one just to stop any dissapointment if you arrive late. Only reason I put 4 instead of 5 was because the hot water tap wouldn’t go on but I had a lovely shower instead. It’s the onky thing I could fault. Lovely rooms and it had all nice...
