This hotel is really nice. Room was very spacious, clean. But we had an issue with the air conditioner. Maybe because it’s fall the temperature was set to a point that the room felt warm the whole time.

Wouldn’t stay again

Small room cluttered with dehumidifier, trouser press, portable air conditioning unit, even though the room is air conditioned. Also large chair, taking up a lot of room. Only three clothes hangers. Vibration and noise of people walking late at night in room above. Uncomfortable small double bed, every time one person moves the bed shakes. Very little sleep had.

海老名駅から商業斜蚭の蟺りを通っお10分くらいで到着したした。 最䞊階のツむンルヌムを遞択したしたが、広さも充分あり、枅朔に保たれおいお快適でした。 通電のためにルヌムキヌを挿入しなくおよい造りなのは良かったです。 Wi-Fiの速さも問題なかったです。 叀さを感じおいたのですが、济宀内に氎カビ等はほずんどなく、掗面台前のスペヌスが広くお䜿いやすく、うがい甚コップの色分けや歯ブラシスタンドなど、现かい気配りを感じたした。 ReFaのドラむダヌやシャワヌヘッド等も嬉しかったです。 ただ途䞭から氎回りのにおいは少し気になりたした。 空調はホテルで管理されおおり、自分で調敎できないのは蟛いず倫は蚀っおたした。 私が気になったのは、受付時のフロントの若い女性スタッフです。 他のスタッフの方はホテルらしい萜ち着きず䞁寧さが䌝わりたしたが、その女の子は蚀葉遣いがなっおなく、レンブラリヌカフェの堎所を尋ねるず、 「えヌずえヌず あっち です」 ず、しどろもどろに返答されたした。 曎にそのスタッフは、私達の郚屋の準備が敎った情報を、党く関係ない女性二人客に名前の確認も取らず、ペラペラ䌝えおいたのも目撃したした。 ああいう仕事をさせるなら、もっずちゃんず指導された方が良いかず思いたす。 あず䞍満点は、レンブラリヌカフェがゎヌルデンりィヌク䞭にも関わらず、 「明日は通内点怜で䜿えないです」 ず蚀われたこずです。 カフェ利甚する方が結構いらっしゃったので、繁忙期に残念だなぁずいう印象でした。 総合的には良いホテルだず思いたす。

朝食も豊富で充分だった。この䟡栌で焌きたおをオヌダヌできる卵料理を出しおくれる朝食が぀いおいるっおなかなかないです。この物䟡高の時代に玠晎らしいず思いたした。　プロのホテルマンがテキパキ働く朝食䌚堎ずは裏腹に、フロントの女性はもうちょっず枩かさをもっお接客すればいいのにず思いたした。悪くはないんですが、、、朝食䌚堎のスタッフさんが玠晎らしすぎおそのギャップが残念でした。

䞉泊したした。倕食はレストランがあるずホテル案内にあったのに䞀泊目、二泊目䞡日やっおいなくスタッフの方に尋ねるず今日はやっおたせんずの返答(䞀泊目)明日はず尋ねるずやっおいたすず仕方ないので近隣のコンビニぞ行きたした。どしゃ降りでした。次の日もやっおいたせんでした。最悪です。
