We loved the patio for the kids to play in and had a wonderful stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There's a great pub next door that serves Italian food and has a great yard and play structure for the kids. We also visited the Audley End House and Audley Miniature Railway and Fairy Walk while we were there and it was a perfect combination for a little getaway. It is located quite far from a grocery store so if you arrive by train and are staying a few days, perhaps pick up a few necessities. The pub next door cannot be counted on for dinner. We went over to order pizza at 17:50 and were told they were out of pizza. They do not serve anything else. Thanks to Carolyn for providing wa hat was needed for our first breakfast.
