A great getaway for couples, families, and friends. The surroundings are minutes to freeway, grocery store, shopping & restaurants.

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay with comfortable beds and a lot of ammenities. The place did a broom though, so I could keep the floors clean each morning. It did not have a washer/dryer. We did like the duel shower heads in the master bath.

Nice Place to Stay

Everything was great. The only issue is that the pressure (like soft rain) and temperature (lukewarm) of the water in both showers was not the best. Otherwise a great place to rest your heads.

Kicked out of house a few days in to a 2 week stay with no refund, even the neighbor called and vouched for us that there were no issues being cause would not recommend this host they look for the smallest reason to kick you out with no refund so they can get someone else in and maximize profits.

Overall, we had a nice experience. One thing we wish that we had were extra cleaning supplies. Ie: broom, rags, cleaning spray. The kitchen was also missing several small things that made baking difficult.

Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood

I live in Citrus Heights, but needed a place for visiting family to stay. This property served us well. The interior appears to have been recently remodeled and is very nice and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Basic supplies were on hand. The yard is not maintained, but that wasn't important to us, since we only needed a place for family to sleep. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient location. Good communication with the host. Would book again.

Don’t expect any action from owners!

Location freshly remodeled. Had a 5 night reservation. Day one wrong code to enter house. This was complaint to others properties of this same owner. Also mentioned to management- Vents closed in master bdrm, ice maker off. No microwave, cutting board, blender or step stool. Kitchen Cabinets hung very high. Backyard had grass and weeds up to waist. 3 full trash cans at entrance driveway collecting flies. Mentioned all of the above nothing was addressed. Again was staying 5 nights could have done something the following day or 2. House was nice enough. Beds were comfortable. No luggage stands, no hooks in bathrooms to hang extra towels or clothes. No lamps to speak of in any of the rooms. Uncomfortable sofa, cheap dining area- you would sink into the seating and the wood frame would hit the back of your legs. Has potential if management would address but don’t expect anything.

We rented this 3bd 2 bath house , house is very clean and in order when entering . It’s sparsely furnished . House needs luggage stands in each room since there are no dressers. Towels could be a bit thicker. And a couple night lights in the hall , otherwise it’s a fine place to rent.

Very clean inside

Completely remodeled house done very nice. Very clean. Everything was provided. Beds are very soft which can be a plus for some people. There is a very large backyard but it is not maintained, so it would be difficult to count on using the outdoor space. It was fine for us, we were just there to sleep. Overall a very nice experience.
