"Major Safety Issue – lack of ownership and Response During our stay, an unknown individual entered our room and closed the door behind him. It was only when I tried to re-enter that he came out. The hotel later called it a “mistake,” but that explanation doesn’t align with what happened. We also encountered individuals lingering in common areas, including stairwells, which made my family uncomfortable enough to avoid parts of the property. We ultimately left early and did not stay our final night. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up from management despite multiple attempts to reach them. I would not stay here again."

"Motorcycle parking Fee 8 months ago it was free when we stayed Now they charge $35 a bike. Even if you park two in one space. Won’t be staying there again as long as this policy is enforced "

"The hotel was very clean. The pressure of shower was kinda low and the temp was warm. I took a shower around midnight and again in the morning. Wouid be njce to have some non dairy creamers out for those that can't have dairy. I didn't know there was a pitcher of very little Oat milk hiding behind the yogurts in the tiny fridge. Again, maybe some little cartons of Coconut or Almond milk would be helpful for non dairy folks for the cereal or Oatmeal. Otherwise, I would stay there again. "

"Room was clean. We loved having a small kitchen area in our room, especially with a toddler. The bed was very comfortable and hotel was quiet. The pool was perfect however, we wish there was a hot tub!"
