I enjoyed my stay, it was very close to the festival and didn't have to walk far. Right next to a convenience store too which makes it easy to grab drinks and snacks.

Clean room, clean lobby, decent breakfast. But the heater did not kick on until around 2am, security was chasing someone in the parking lot when we were trying to sleep, and we had a big spider next to the bed on the wall. Other wise it was decent

You definitely getting what you pay for . The staff was nice though just the property is in need of so more maintenance specifically the rooms . Breakfast was mid as expected at most motels. Staff were able to make the checkin process go quickly after long day and answer questions . That was great.

My room was fine and clean but the charger didn't work. I charged my phone in the lobby area. I told them it didn't work and they said it would be fixed; it wasn't. But the people were nice enough and the breakfast was decent.

I called a month before to reserve adjoining rooms cause we reserved 2 rooms. When I got there they said they didn’t have any available. That made it hard but they did give us rooms next to each other. Cleanliness was ok, had to clean some spiderwebs up. Sink stopper didn’t work so I had to use a screwdriver and take it out so water would drain. Key cards would demagnetize once a day for the first 2 days, other people said they had the same problem. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Area of town is not good. Homeless walking around parking lot. Security did descent in getting them out, but they seemed to always be around. Never felt comfortable sending kids out alone. Wasn’t worst experience but wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

The area is not great, but the property is safe, clean and the staff is outstanding. Rooms are nice, don’t have to be afraid of critters. If you are come through town, I would def recommend this place. And the river is right there, you can hear boats!

The room was super clean and everything inside worked - microwave, lights, blow dryer etc. The breakfast had more options than I expected (eggs, potatoes, muffin, yogurt, milk, cereal, juices, coffee, etc) so points on that but it didn’t taste good (eggs, potatoes). It was 4th of July weekend and busy so the room was never cleaned and after requesting towels twice we never actually got towels.

The suite we got was great, however the location was not good due to homeless folks. The front AC was out when we got into the suite, but maintenance came the next day and fixed it! Housekeeping was only M-F come to find out but other than it was good for the price! Was shocked how quiet it was! Room was very spacious and clean upon arrival, and location was right smack in middle of everything!
