Unfortunately, I did NOT stay at this property. I arrived at about 11:00 AM. I could not find a single person to check me in or to greet. I tried to find someone for about 30 minutes but ended up taking a taxi back to the train station and from there, another taxi to another hotel.

Location, location, location. Very nice apartment on the top floor. Good exercise to walk all the stairs, since there is no elevator. We did not use the kitchen, but everything needed for cooking seemed to be available. The bedroom had a king size bed, the couch in the living room became a full size bed. The bathroom was tiny but functional, and was separated from the toilet. The apartment was walking distance to the marketplace, restaurants and shops were literally at the front door. All in all a cute place.

I made a reservation for two friends. The stuff had been rude, calling several times, asking the reason to be there. The idea was then to visit me in my Bday, and we had dinner in my house. My friends had one visitor the day after my dinner, and they ask then to leave, based on the rules of Covid, I guess. They gave then two hours to leave the apartment, instead of explaining that wasn't allowed to receive guests based in the Covid Crisis. They was very rude, my friends left very frustrated. I'm really feeling bad for then, for such a humiliation. The most frustrating situation ever, for me and my friends. The stuff being careful with COVID is completely right, but don't need to be rude as it was. The place is great, that was the reason that I choose that place for then, but the stuff its not dealing well the situation.

Great location, very roomy, many comforts ex AC.
This apartment is in the heart of the city with many conveniences, but we were there during some hot days and there was no air conditioner. This place needs some fans. We had to borrow one to be comfortable.

Close to everything you need/want
The Duke is centrally located near the heart of town. The apartment was clean, everything seemed new and well cared for, just like home. Wish we had more time, but we were just passing through.

Met 5 meiden naar The Duke appartementen geweest. Erg naar ons zin gehad, midden in het centrum en alles op loopafstand, winkels, restaurants, bezienswaardigheden. Enige minpunt is dat we met z’n vijven 1 badkamer/toilet moesten delen en de slaapbank ( tevens) de enige bank in het appartement was echt aan vervanging toe. Zou meer comfortabele moeten zijn om lekker te kunnen zitten/relaxen.

Ruim appartement waarin alles aanwezig is ( föhn/strijkplank en -ijzer en wasmachine. Het enige minpuntje was het gebruikte scheermes dat in de douch was blijven liggen. Mooi gesitueerd in de stad, ideaal voor een overnachting in het mooie Den Bosch!

Mooi appartement alleen wij hadden het bovenste appartement (best een klim met alleen maar een trap) en daar was het best warm. Gelukkig wel een ventilator en je kan ramen tegen elkaar openzetten. Er was in de keuken alleen een theedoek en geen handdoek aanwezig en kommetjes om yoghurt uit te kunnen eten zou ook makkelijk zijn. Het appartement was redelijk schoon alleen de vloer zou wel vaker gedweild kunnen worden. Het bed is heel erg goed want we hebben heel goed geslapen.

Prachtig pand, mooi ingericht. Goede bedden. Alles op loopafstand. De douche en toilet waren schoon, wel stof en kruimels aanwezig op het aanrecht. Voor ons geen probleem. Veel trappen op, geen appartement voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

De ligging in het centrum is goed. Accomodatie is stil en rustig. Je moet redelijk ter been zijn voor het lopen van de trappen. Was wat weinig eet en keukengerei. Maar erg prettig appartement. Wij hadden een fout bij de boeking gemaakt werd snel en probleemloos opgelost

Fijn appartement in de binnenstad van Den Bosch. Mooi en groot. Keuken was standaard ingericht en niet super schoon. Niet voorzien van materialen om uitgebreid te koken.

Prima verblijf. Even jammer dat wij geen incheck instructies hadden gekregen, maar voor de rest allemaal goed gekomen. Erg jammer alleen dat het appartement erg naar sigarettenrook stonk. Geur is ook niet meer weg getrokken bijna.
