"The breakfast menu was very limited versus other Mitsui garden inns. No fresh fish, limited Japanese side dishes, only omelets with no option to get prepared other ways, etc. staff was not very friendly. I did not want to ask for help. Too grumpy. I would not buy breakfast next time. "

"Location was excellent. I would stay again just for that. 20mins by train from Haneda and JR line is right there makes for convenient travel. We made use of the Laundry facilities it was reasonable for hotel facilities and they had lots of machines. We had a corner room on the main tower. Rooms were clean and relatively large for Japanese standard. We manage to find room for 1 large and 1 medium luggage. The rooms are dated as per most reviews have stated. There are some stains in the hallway carpet. And I noticed a patch to fix damaged carpet in our room also. This does not bother us. We opted out the breakfast. We just visited the 7-11 on the second floor for breakfast everyday. Staff was helpful at check in and when I wanted to send an Amazon order to our room. They helped me filled out the delivery address. Pick up was also easy. Overall I recommend the Shinagawa Prince hotel. Yes it is dated and need some renovations but if you are not picky about your room not being in the latest trendy style and just need a clean room and convenience this hotel is for you."

"We loved this hotel. So much going on. It is right in Terminal 3 at Haneda Airport. The view was nice. Plenty of shopping for food, snacks, gifts, etc. In the lower level are restaurants which we partook on. It was great to arrive at the airport and check in (flights). The entire area of the hotel was such an experience. We also walked around the airport (T3) to check out restaurants and shops. Godzilla was everywhere! Make sure to hit Lawson's while staying at this hotel. They, too had pj's to borrow, slippers, etc. We will be staying here on our next trip which was to be in 3 years, but our time in Japan is having us come back within the year. Hotel rooms was super clean. They offer spa services which we didn't do."

"A brand new hotel with the upscale look and all the amenities you can want! The room was very clean and the staff were pleasant. I stayed 2 nights only but wished i stayed much longer. Very convenient hotel with restaurants and cafes downstairs. Would definitely come back again. A+"

"Starting with the interesting animatronic dinosaur check-in, the experience was novel and easy to navigate. If you're coming in from a faraway place and are tired, take a moment, read slowly, and you'll be fine. The room was small but comfortable and conveniently appointed with a clothing freshener and press appliance. Delicious breakfast and nice staff, many of whom spoke English well. Easy to get to shops around like 7-11 and pharmacy, plus others we didn't go to as we stayed only for one night. The hotel had vending machines with delicious-looking hot foods that we didn't get a chance to use. The free baggage storage was also really thoughtful and convenient. Overall, would recommend for an easy, comfortable stay."

"Approximately 2 blocks from KK Kamata station. Nice area with lots of dining options. Close to Haneda airport. Decent size room, shower only but has both rainfall and hand shower heads. Didn't purchase breakfast offering."
