We only stayed for the one night but we will definitely be returning. The owner/staff are lovely, the room and amenities were superb and the breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, cooked perfectly and it just tasted lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hastings Old Town is a great little place too.

We had an amazing stay and the hosts were very attentive from the minute we arrived to when we left and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely one night stay whilst visiting for the tennis. Room was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. Good WiFi. Great breakfast. Very pretty front garden with colourful flowers and B&B had been themed with tennis balls especially for the event. Being a bit further out means more walking but easily doable and it meant parking on local streets was free. Would visit again.

Kitchen is good .no frifge but cold bix outside .which had pint a milk in it on arrival. No electric plug sockets .unable to dry my hair . Owner leabes a charher to conct your phones.

Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath.
Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!
