"A very nice hotel on outskirts of town. Limited on site parking but walkable distance to several nice restaurants. Breakfast was great with a good and plentiful spread. Even though the building is on a major intersection, with windows closed we didn't hear any traffic. "

"First and foremost, the host, Filipo, was an extremely friendly, effusive, and informative man who gave us detailed information about Padova (in a packet that he had created back when he was a local high school student!). He ran the Casa Camilla along with help from his parents in a tight, heartwarming family operation. We stayed in an apartment 100 meters around the corner from the main home. "Location so close and walkable to city centre with bus stop directly opposite.
I needed to be able to walk/bus near to rental car location then return to hotel to get luggage and this hotel was ideal.
Very helpful front desk personnel.
Breakfast was excellent."

The place is absolutely incredible, felt like staying in the most romantic and lovely room ever. It clean, luxurious and spacious, full of rustic charm. We had suite room (annex): two floors (living room/dinning room and little kitchenette downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs) with our own private entrance. Honestly, you will never get such chick in any hotel!

Really liked the hotel itself. Staff wasn't very pleasant. A bit rude, didn't explain anything, when I asked where breakfast is served for example, he pointed behind him and gave me a look like he thought I was daft. Breakfast was typical Italian fare - good and fresh. Breakfast girl was same as front guy - a bit rude. She didn't greet us and I had to go to the bar and wait a few minutes before she finally awknowledged me for my drink order. If they increased their customer service would be 5/5.

Everything is great except the wifi. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Service is very good. Breakfast had a lot of options. And the location is also very convenient. The only complain is about the absolutely terrible wifi. When you pay this much and stay at a Hilton, you expect the wifi to be fast and stable, this was clearly not.

We spent 7 nights here and were very impressed. We had a great room that was kept exceptionally clean, fantastic breakfasts and the pools are excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful and the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Methis Hotel; we had stayed at this hotel once before, in July 2011, and our total satisfaction on this occasion was the reason for our return. The staff are all pleasant and friendly and speak very good English, which is an advantage as we do not speak or understand spoken Italian very well. Our rooms were very clean and the breakfasts excellent. The hotel is also situated in a nice, quiet part of Padua. There is plenty to see in Padua, including the...

The spa, pool was amazing and really had a relaxing time. Hope I would been able to stay longer. The renovated bathroom in the single room was beautiful. If resteraunt was fully open for lunch and dinner too that would have made it perfect but there are plenty of places to go out for a meal.
