"I think this hotel is paradise on earth. The most perfect place to stay. BUT it is hugely let down by the majority of the staff. They are unhelpful, rude and some severely lacking in basic brain cells. You wait ages to be served for anything. They don’t move in a hurry for anything. They don’t know the answers to the most basic of questions. Such a shame as the hotel itself is adorable and I would give a 5 star review if only they upgraded their personnel. "
