They begin with a lovely cup of tea on check in, and Romano was SO fast at bringing my bags up to my room! Even though I came in during the rain, AND peak busy check in time. Romano was hustling between drying the floors so nobody slipped, greeting clients, hauling bags, etc. Here’s the AMAZING part: when I checked out I accidentally left my carry on in the room! It had EVERYTHING in it: jewelry, medications, all my chargers, my tablet-basically my whole life: Romano REMEMBERED I was taking the train to Queenstown, and he jumped in the car and drove all the way to the station to catch me and return my bag!!! I was in TEARS of joy and relief! What an absolute ANGEL!
