Edificio algo viejo aunque el piso donde está la habitación está renovado. La habitación asignada muy buen tamaño, cómodo, limpio y funcional. La comunicación con el staff puede funcionar, tuvimos algunas situaciones y no tuvimos respuesta tan rápida, el staff tuvo una confusión en nuestra salida y generó algunas complicaciones, todo se solucionó al final. Recomendable por la ubicación, muy cercano a estación de metro y a distancia caminando para el Vaticano, Tiber, San Angelo. Muy recomendable

The rest room smelled like sewage. A message was sent to the property but no one replied. Construction was going on in the building and by 7:30 am it was noisy. The location was great. Subway station at the corner, bus stop in front of building, and a lot of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The Vatican was about a 10 minute walk.

Great location and modern apartment.

Overall was very happy with our two night stay, Rooms very comfortable and a excellent location. We booked transfers with hotel so was ok to find however dont think we would have found if making our own way. Dont rely on toiletries or bottled water. Toiletries are poor and we never got any bottled water we was told to use the tap water. Apart from that a great place would stay again .

What a wonderful stay we had at this apartment was a bit sceptical when we arrived judging from the outside but once inside just fabulous. Ilaria was very attentive and pointed us in the right direction in places to go and eat couldnt fault her helpfulness she is a credit to your company.we are definitely coming back to this wonderful city aand would stay at apartment again and would also recommend to our friends, thanks for a great stay at these apartments many thanks made it really special for us.

No clean towels. Throw towels on floor on third day for exchange they were picked up and hung like if they had changed towels. Gross. Last day getting ready for our flight we could not find our IPods for long journey home. I was sure I put on suitcase as I would not need in the city. Notify receptionist and no luck. So IPods where taken while from suitcase while staying at the Vatican suites

Small apartment very well equipped.

Near the Vatican, a few steps away from the Metro, nice bed, kitchenette. I wish there were some good mini markets closer.

e had to cancel our booking at the last minute as we had not received instructions for precise entry address or late arrival. We did not want to be stranded outside at 9.30pm in the evening. Instructions did eventually arrive but we had already booked elsewhere. Very disappointing indeed.

Bedding and towels were not cleaned. I had to contact owner. Next day cleaned sheets and towels arrived. Obviously, we had to sleep on different types of bedding for the night because sheets were obviously used by previous renters. Also, 8:00 am every morning building being renovated so don't plan on sleeping in, construction noise is loud above you. Expedia should be notified by owners of construction/renovations so guests can be accommodated fairly.

Close to Metro and Vatican

This was a very nice one bedroom apartment close to the Metro and within walking distance to the Vatican. The apartment is very well maintained and very clean. A small kitchenette is a plus. Ample space for relaxing and eating. Very modern bathroom. Ottavia was very nice and helpful, a pleasure to work with.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Location of the apartments is fantastic, only 8 min walk from Vatican City. Easy access to all the touristic places. Ottavia was very good helping us to settle and looking after hour baggage when we had a few hours to spare before heading back home. A little problem with one of the bidets was noted, but that didn't spoil our stay. We highly recommend this accommodation for small groups who would like to enjoy beautiful Rome.

Es un apartamento limpio, moderno y centrico

Fuimos la familia a visitar Roma. La dueña de los apartamentos estuvo en contacto con nosotros desde días antes de nuestra llegada y durante nuestra estancia, preocupándose de cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. El hotel se encuentra justo al lado de una parada de metro y en una calle con mucha vida y muchos comercios. Las habitaciones son todas nuevas, con todo lo necesario (hasta secador de pelo). Nos ha encantado, estamos seguros que volveremos.

전반적으로 위치 및 시설은 좋으나, 관리가 미흡한 호텔

Metro에서 내리면 바로 앞이고, 바티칸시티 (바티칸 박물관)에서 가까우며, 저렴하고 맛좋은 로컬음식점이 여럿 있어서 위치는 최상입니다. 전반적으로 시설도 좋아서 최대 7명 (더블1,싱글3,쇼파더블침대)까지 숙박이 가능하지만, 만만치 않은 1인당 청소비가 붙기 때문에 이 부분은 고려하셔야 합니다. 세탁기가 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있지만, 근처에 빨래방이 있어서 그럭저럭 해결은 됩니다만, 주방 청결상태나 주방도구 등의 구비 그리고, 샤워기 상태등이 좋지 않아, 관리가 미흡하지 않나 생각합니다.
