Very nice hotel. However the location is terrible. Nothing to do or going on around it in the surrounding neighborhoods. 15-20 minute walk to the Metro with nothing on the route. Other areas of Rome have so much activity, shops and restaurants. Also the AC in the room won’t allow you to go below 24 Celsius. It was very stuffy with no fans

So perfect, was gorgeous vibes and so so much space suited for whatever kind of stay you wanted. Only down side was the location being a little on the rougher side, however a security guard was there at the gates majority of the time! The rooftop pool and bar area was also such a lovely addition to the hotel to be able to chill as well as explore the city. We found the easiest way to get about was walking and getting on the Metro at Manzoni stop. It was a lovely stay and I would happily go back here or another social hub in the future!

This booking was a one night stay. The courtyard was beautifully landscaped. It was nice watching trains pass. The trains were a little noisy when outside. The rooms were well soundproofed. The trains were visible but not audible. The rooftop bar was nice. Breakfast was tasty. I have and would recommend this hotel to others.

The place is a good hotel but it is in the seedy side of the tracks. If you like dirty and graffiti in your surrounding area... this is the place for you. In all fairness the pool and bar were great to have with the heatwave and Romes finer districts aren't that far away. The staff were great and the place is comfortable. My only issue was the AC which seemed to remain a constant temp with minimal air flow in the room. Hallways were great and cool but the rooms......less. for the budget, a good place to stay.

Would stay here for life if I could. Amazing property, great staff, and good amenities. Property is a mix of residences, hotel guests, and college students next door. Property makes an effort to create community amongst all those groups. Highly recommend

This was a great hotel with lots of amenities including free laundry. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We did get the breakfast package and that was really good with many things to choose from and we loved the fresh juices they offered. Clean rooms with lots of space and a huge walk in shower, the bathrooms were also stocked with really nice full size shampoo, conditioner and body lotions

We stayed at the Social Hub as a family of 4. We loved everything-the rooms, common areas, pool, rooftop bar-it was all perfect. Rooms are large and clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. There is a tram station right outside the gates that goes to the Colosseum, costs €1.50 and takes 20 minutes. A taxi to and from Termini station is about €12. We didn’t have the breakfast included, but coffee and pastries from the coffee shop were reasonably priced. We are dinner at the pizza restaurant in the hotel, which was tasty and fairly priced. This hotel honestly leaves nothing wanting. We’ll be back soon!
