Small boutique hotel in the city center. Location can't be beat, and the proprietor was very knowledgable about attractions, dining options, and entertainment. AC worked like a champ -- very important in Rome, in summer! Note: this is a first floor walk-up with no elevator, so bear that in mind if going up a winding flight of stairs, with your luggage, would be challenging for you.

Great location and excellent price. Gives you what you need and that is perfect for me. Slept well. Beautiful building that's walking distance of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Roman Forum and more! Spotlessly clean, a mini bar inside, in a well lit street. Taxi rank nearby, local shops and eateries very close. 15min walk from train station. Owners could be reached if needed and were lovely. I'll definitely be back.

Very spacious room with style. Very clean and comfortable. Location is good enough because the bus station is right there in front of the building. Many buses pass by can take us to Roma termini. Colosseum is in walking distance. Some good Resterants are very close but you’d better making reservation ahead of time. Hotel owner is very helpful. He even helped us taking suitcases upstairs, which make the only shortcome (no elevator) not problematic.

Giovanni was very hospitable and provided very helpful information about places to see and restaurant options. He provided us a map which was very useful. Location was close to all the sites and walkable distance to everything. Please factor in that Hotel is on the first floor and you need to go up a set of stairs which may not work for everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location with everything in walking distance. A bit difficult to find the hotel and parking. Look for the door with the sign Hotel Fiore. The room was great but the street noise is loud, a fan would be nice. Bedding not great but towels are.

Great place to stay in Rome!

We had such a lovely trip. Sweet dreams was the perfect location to walk around Rome. Our hotel was clean and cozy and Giovanni was so helpful. He literally mapped out an entire itinerary for us and we pretty much followed it and it was perfect. 100% recommend.

Great and affordable place right where you want to be when you visit Rome. You walk one direction and it is close to Colosseum, other direction close to Fontana di Trevi, third one to the Pantheon. Great barista place right outside the place another plus. We took advance of the owners advice for our walks around Rome. We had planned ahead but with his adjustments it became truly perfect.

Great stay! Walkable to all attractions and monuments. Room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the room was hot, the air conditioning remote was missing and it was too loud to open the window. The staff was friendly, great to communicate with and spoke good English. We would go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Dreams Roma very much. The building itself is full of character and charm. It was sort of disappointing to learn upon arrival that we needed to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs, but once in our room it was comfortable. The room was ready early which was very helpful upon our arrival so we could rest before beginning our day.

Sweet Dreams Roma suited us well for this trip, but there were a couple of things I didn't know until I arrived that I wish were more obvious in the booking information. First, Sweet Dreams Roma isn't a full-service hotel. It is more like 4 rooms and a check in desk. The desk is only staffed for a short time in the afternoon by a very cheerful and helpful lady. Second it is on the second floor with no elevator service. If you have bags, you will have to carry them up 35 steps. We were coming off a cruise, so we had large heavy suitcases and we're old. I wish I had known about the stairs and would have probably booked elsewhere. The location is excellent and the windows fairly soundproof.

The hotel location is fantastic and the bed is comfy. The pillows leaving something to be desired but that’s just a personal preference. The owner Giovanni is super welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
