First, Sweet Dreams Roma isn't a full-service hotel. It is more like 4 rooms and a check in desk. The desk is only staffed for a short time in the afternoon by a very cheerful and helpful lady. Second it is on the second floor with no elevator service. If you have bags, you will have to carry them up 35 steps. We were coming off a cruise, so we had large heavy suitcases and we're old. I wish I had known about the stairs and would have probably booked elsewhere.
