Loved staying here, will book again! It was the perfect location (easy walk from the train station, tons of restaurants and shops, and right by the colosseum but in a quiet area), and the staff was kind and helpful!

This property was clean, in a great location, and everything was as advertised. Check-in went smoothly. We got very good instructions for Giulio on how to do that. After checking in I received o contact on question s about checkout but it seems to have worked out ok.

The room was clean and location was good, but it was advertised as a hotel and not someones apartment rooms. You essentially have your own lockable room but there are 3 other rooms in the same apartment that get rented. We were given no instructions prior to check in, noone was available at the front desk, and thankfully another couple was passing and able to give us the persons whatsapp number for instructions. Had to text him to get the AC turned on as well.

It was about a 15-20min walk from the train station. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The area seemed safe with great access to the public transportation system. The room was clean.

This property was excellent, central location, newly renovated, clean and the owner was super helpful. They provided city map for the occupants which was very thoughtful. They also had a common kitchen area with a fridge and microwave which came in very handy. Many eateries on the same street and a nice super market within 2 blocks. We were there for 6 nights altogether and enjoyed our stay.

The guesthouse was a 5th floor walkup. Fortunately there was an elevator, a tiny old style where one opens and closes the doors manually. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. The only issue was with the shower. It leaks somewhere around the fixed panel, the balance between hot and cold is a fine line and one day there was no hot water.

Giulio was responsive to every question. Very attentive. This is like an air bnb situation but Italy style. Older building but it does have a tiny elevator which is helpful to get to the 5th floor. We had two carry on type pieces of luggage that fit together with us inside. You do have to walk up one flight of stairs. Basic room with a small safe but everything was clean. Also has A/C which is a bonus. Many great restaurants in walking distance….like amazing restaurants! It’s one stop on the metro from Rome Termini and a 5-7 minute walk.

I loved everything about my stay here. From the perfectly picturesque little elevator to the clean room with modern amenities and finishes. Guilio came to check on me during my second day at the property to make sure I had gotten checked in OK and was enjoying my stay. Plenty of dining options within just a couple of blocks along with grocery stores and an ATM. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay while I experienced Rome.

The hotel was within walking distance to Roma Trmini, 15 min walk to be exact. No need to take taxi we just walked using google maps. 12-15 min walk to colosseum. The room was cleaned daily. It was a good stay.

The property is a converted Apartment in an apartment building which was new for me. I travel alot and this was a new experience. The staff was welcoming and I was the first customer since the renovations. I loved it and I was travelling to work but would be happy to stay with my entire family. It is better than an airbnb since this comes with clean daily. Restaurants, transport and community vibes were all around. Loved it.
