Perfect Location in the heart of the Vatican just a couple of meters away from St. Peter’s Dome. We were three adults and had a big room with double bed and one single bed. Bathroom was also spadeful and clean. The typical Italian breakfast is served at a small restaurant around the corner with great coffee and pastries.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Pia from the reception.
The hotel is safe and the building can’t be accessed by non guests in the evenings as it remains closed to outsiders. The shuttle to the airport is 8 min away by foot.
Ciro was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on the sites he recommended us to see. It is a great location and we were very pleased with our stay
The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the room was clean. The location is excellent and very close to everything.
However, this is not really a traditional hotel or residence. The property felt more like an office space that had been converted into several rooms. The rooms are along a narrow aisle, and you can hear people checking in, walking by, and talking outside the room. This was quite disruptive, especially at night, and the overall setup made privacy feel limited.
Overall, the staff and location were good, but the unusual layout and lack of privacy significantly affected the stay.
The location is excellent and the staff were super helpful. The room was comfortable and the coffee system provided with the capsules was a great plus. The bathroom in our bedroom had a few loose fixtures but otherwise everything was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends who are traveling to Rome.
We enjoyed our stay, very close to the Vatican, on the pedestrian only area so very quiet at night to sleep! Would suggest small table and 2 chairs in the room instead of desk and one chair. The shower needs a small border to prevent water getting out.
