We will definitely stay here again. We had awesome experience with this hotel, the staff were amazing and helpful! Both check-in and check-out process were smooth.
The hotel is a bit dated, and the surrounding neighborhood felt somewhat hectic. However, the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and Termini Station nearby. The room was also in pretty good condition considering the age of the building. What really stood out was the hotel staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a building on a quiet side street. The staff was extremely nice and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. I highly recommend.
5-plus star service from the staff, excellent beds, and very clean hotel inside. Close to the train station and key landmarks. Great WiFi, and they’ll help with anything if you just ask!
Lavrene is the best hotel employee I have ever met. Friendly, kind, goes above and beyond for guests. Please be aware that you will have to go up about four or five stairs to get into the building so not for wheelchair people.
The staff was incredible especially the woman checking us in; I felt like she went above and beyond. This is a great location, and has fantastic AC which is incredibly important in August! We would 100% return and absolutely recommend.
This hotel is nice and clean. Strong and quiet AC. Walking distance to attraction but nearby metro and bus station are convenient to cut the walk on a hot summer day. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby, including a Macdonald for breakfast.
I had a great time at the hotel. It was very hot in Rome and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was extremely helpful. The only thing that could have been better is the brand of toiletries the hotel uses. The breakfast was good. I would stay at the hotel again for n a minute. Sid
Amazing staff. Super polite and helpful. Wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was simple and perfect way to start your day. I had my coffee sent to my room every morning no problem. AC was amazing after a long day of touring. Everything you want with historic charm and modern amenities.
