Central location, clean and helpful and dedicated staff who corrected a hiccup. We appreciated the extra.service and support and.would stay here again. Thanks.
Overall a nice micro hotel. It was difficult to find as it is the top floor of a building with mixed businesses. The room was very simple and clean, with little to no touches of comfort. For one night it was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
defiantly needed some repairs. No one at the desk most of the time. The cleaning person helped the most. If you needed something you had to call for assistance.
Location was perfect (we had no car so a lot of walking but honestly not bad if you enjoy getting your steps in). The staff is welcoming and the interior was pretty as well. I would definitely go back!
The property was very conveniently located. The staff was helpful. The air conditioner works wonderfully as we were there in July! It was a pleasant stay. The gelato place a few doors down- awesome as was Taliani espresso bar.
I visited this hotel last year with my son and I loved it and this year I came back with my wife and I don’t know if they changed the owner but this place has gone downhill big time. The stink when you walk into the room is overwhelming. It smells like a dead carcass and the noise from the fan in the bathroom was nonstop and there was somebody playing the piano at all hours of the day and night on the floor below us. Last year when I visited, they had a pastry box for each guest every morning, and the fridge was filled with creamer and milk that was for the guests and this year there was none of that. I hate to use the word, but this place has become a dump in a matter of 14 months. I must say the gentleman who was the caretaker was an absolute sweetheart, and he took very good care of the hotel if that makes any sense.
The property was hard to locate from the street. Rome’s hotels may be a little different with just a huge wooden front door at the street and a gold sign on side of door stating address and Hotel sign. One should be aware of this when going there. It was a buzzer ring in and entry on 5th floor. There was no one at the front desk anytime we went there, but the cleaning person checked us in and really was the on site attendant. We were very, very fortunate that they let us in early. They were very helpful and pleasant, it was a very safe location close to many things. It was a 5 minute walk to golf cart tours and the cooking classes. Many little breakfast cafes close by. The room was large as compared to most European hotel rooms we have stayed at. We enjoyed this hotel.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was great and friendly. The building was amazing, especially the vintage elevator.

We were very disappointed in our stay this time and found out there is a new owner since we were there last 4 yrs ago so guessing that may be why. The owner who also mans the check in desk was not there when we arrived so we could not access the building from the street. We tried calling the posted numbers and the ones on Expedia, messaged via Expedia and finally reached him via WhatsApp. He sent us a code and told us to help ourselves to the key on the counter as he was out doing errands! A pretty poor and stressful start to our trip as we stood outside wondering if we would get in for 20 minutes after a long international flight. Another couple saw us in the hall and said the same thing happened to them the day before.
The room was ok … in more disrepair since we were there last so think this accommodation is generally going downhill. Such a shame.
It is in a great location near the train station and walkable to most of the sights.
The room and main areas were all well equipped and clean. Good location. Unfortunately no one was there to greet us and we didn’t receive any instructions so were very lost on arrival and had to contact property.
Nice, clean, and quiet place, very private with excellent service from the staff. In fact, we arrived very early in the morning, and they did not hesitate to welcome us and find a secure place for our luggage since the room was not available at that early hour. They offered a delightful coffee at any time of day. Located in a highly convenient area, just a 7-minute walk to Rome Termini and close to the Repubblica Metro. There's a restaurant for breakfast just steps from the hotel, along with many shops and points of interest within walking distance. The room was large, which is not typical for Rome, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning.
The room itself was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We did not receive instructions on how to get in and that was very tricky. Luckily a man staying in another hotel showed us what to do. Strangest of all, my original Samsung charger plug was taken, but a cheap one was left in its place.
Location is good for transport links which we used a lot. Great sound proofing so not noisy.
Lots of places to have breakfast. Coffee maker in kitchen- a definite plus.
