The WhatsApp staff were amazing. The breakfast was great wish it had opened earlier. Only enjoyed it one day out of three because we had to catch the train into Rome by 8 the two other mornings

The hotel is located in a very secluded area, so access to central Rome is not very convenient. However, if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by nature, or if you're traveling by car, this is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel restaurant is excellent as well. If your main purpose is to relax away from the busy city while enjoying the beautiful scenery, with only occasional trips into central Rome, this hotel is an ideal choice. Highly recommended!

Extremely nice staff and very accommodating driver. Place is perfect for couples! Breakfast was very good. I would recommend renting a car if your planning on leaving outside of rome.

Great location, very nice place! Spacious and clean room, with a lovely balcony and a stunning forest view. Excellent breakfast. The girl at the breakfast restaurant is very nice and friendly. Suggestions: - it would be nice to have a kettle in the room just to prepare a tea; - the air dryer is definitely to change, replace it with a new efficient style; - install mosquito net! That said, this relais is a wonderful option to spend few days is a peaceful and fantastic place, really recommended!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The views and the gardens are absolutely stunning!!! Our stay at this property was peaceful and quiet. The check-in process was super fast and thankfully our room was ready early. Maximilian at the front desk was extremely helpful: he offered for us to have breakfast upon arrival, he arranged a for a van to drive us to the city and pick us up, then he arranged for transfer to the airport (80 euro), and he booked a bus tour for us in Rome. Driver Fabio was an excellent driver, he was very friendly despite his limited English, we managed to make a very nice conversation on the way to and from the city. And he was one of the careful drivers, which we really appreciated! There was a small extra charge for the pool (10 euro per person), but it was all worth it, as we really needed a cool off after a super hot day in Rome. The free breakfast was decent, pastries, scrambled eggs, cheese and meats, yogurt and some fruit. The restaurant also served lunch and dinner and the food was amazing!! Large portions and everything was super fresh and very delicious. Egglant parmegano was the best I have ever tried! The only one thing us that air conditioner in our room barely worked, it worked non stop but it couldn't keep up with the heat. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We would love to stay there again.

The stay was beautiful and our family enjoyed it very much. The only complaint was that the shower leaked water into the bathroom area but that was a minor inconvenience for the overall stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. A lot of weddings happen here, but our stay no weddings or events took place. Great restaurants and breakfast options for us. They baked fresh Italian bread where you have to cut a slice! So authentic. I came here for my bday and the server even prepared me a bday cake, thought that was so kind. Shuttle service was a lifesaver, because this hotel location is not travel friendly to get to the city! Even to take the bus you have to walk down a dirt hill to the bus stop. But the shuttle service is nice and cost is very affordable only $10 euros round trip each person to take you to the train station where it takes you to the cities. $20 euros for one way airport shuttle. It’s a very nice hotel to get away from the city but far.
