The staff was super nice and helpful when we notified them that the aircondition was leaking water, and after 1 night of constant dripping they god a technician out to solve it. They also tried to fix the sewage smell in the bathroom, but without luck. We detected mold/water damage on the ceiling and in the bathroom + on the shower head. Property is located within walking distance from Vatican and the old city, which was great. Bed was fine, the pillows were, in our opinion, uncomfortable and kept sliding out of the pillowcases that seemed a bit too small. Overall our stay was okay, but we would most likely not book a second time.

What a horrible place!! The room did not match the pictures on Expedia!! There was an overwhelming sewer gas emitting from the bathroom. These guesthouses are not updated. They are shabby, old run down apartments. The breakfast was meager and not fresh. The manager tried to make our stay more comfortable, and we appreciated that. But there is no staff at their front desk after 5 pm. This is a step up from a hostel but it is definitely 1 or 2 star. Book elsewhere if you want 3 or 4 star accommodations.

The room is competitively priced in a convenient location. It’s easy to access the local metro station or bus stop, or even walk to the Vatican City or a bar. The staff here was faultless, very kind and helpful. However, the bathroom has patches of black mold in, the “shower gel” was watered down and there was no safe. We found that our room was incredibly dark during the day and noisy during the night - not just the expected street noise but the fridge would wail all night long. My husband found the bed rock hard. You get what you pay for here, but I would not stay here again

Good location within walking distance from major attractions. Continental Breakfast available to help start your day (same thing daily but good enough variety). Note that staff are not onsite 24/7 so if you need anything you need to plan accordingly. Rooms are basic but kept clean

Great location. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights before cruise and 1 night for after cruise before flying home. Excellent friendly check in service. We were able to safely drop off luggage before check in. Only issue was communication from and to hotel

The room was in a great place. Though located next to major road which was loud in the morning. We had to wait to be let in into the room and was very confusing the whole check in. I would message them on WhatsApp before you come to get it stored. Located next to train station so in great location.

The staff were fantastic for customer service, however didn't receive Expedia VIP rewards. Room was decent for the price, but not as close to Prati amenities or any other tourist attractions. Room was as described, but being an older building close to Tiber River, there was a musty smell to the room. Windows open to help with that, and was a must. Overall I'd say good stay.

Good Hotel not exceptional

Good hotel. Good clean. Sound from the road was the main problem. Springtime , AC was not working good The front desk was very helpful. Metro was nearby within eight minutes but taxi stand was the problem 15 minute walk. If you book a taxi through the front desk you need to pay extras seven bucks plus luggage. Lean and towel was little beat up.room size was OK. Toilet was clean but small.

Decent location to Piazza Popolo. Smallish room.No label on doorbell so outside waiting, the hotel guy across the way helped me. Lacking customer service. Hassle with checkin no mention of Expedia credit or breakfast or water. Hotel is responsible for updating Expedia. No toilet paper or paper holder in bathroom on arrival. Neglected to mention hidden button opening street level gate from inside knowing I was leaving 5am for airport. Would not stay again.

For larger sized travelers, the shower was very small I'm not overly large, but my shoulders hit the sides of the shower stall. Also the air conditioner was not working at all during my stay,
