We recommend this Hotel for everyone! The Room was clean, modern and we had aircondition, goodies, towels and a bottle of water on the room - the staff told us everything to know about rome and gave us very good tips, we could leave the baggage after check-out in the hotel and get a different key, so we could get it everytime we want to. We were physically in the room very little but when we were there, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room very pleasant and clean. Within five minute walk of the main train station but was difficult to find due to poor signage. Location was great and easy to access the metro, buses and restaurants / cafes. Dry unfriendly staff. Wifi was out most of the time. Absolutely no guest friendly amenities. One of the useless little lamps didn't work. Shower drain was clogged. This hotel is located very conveniently close to public transportation. Termini is just a few blocks away from the hotel. This is not the most luxurious place to state in Rome, yet is quite inexpensive and the quality of the service as well as the condition of the room is great. It is a very safe place as one has to go through multiple layers of doors in order to get to the rooms. It's a shared room, but not very organized. I was not given a towel. You don't get a key unless you plan to stay out "late" where you can ask for one. So it's unplanned.. You're screwed and you be stuck outside. There's not 24 hour staff, but they give you their cell. Not very secure to leave stuff behind... Tivemos dificuldades com o acesso devido ao elevador está limitado parcialmente as instalações, pois tivemos que levar duas malas pesadas por dois andares de escada.
