(PLEASE NOTE: this apartment has other three rentals available in the same building at property number #8970626, #8970617 and #11141314). This elegant and comfortable apartment does conciliate the centrality of the location with such a spacious and cozy flat: furnished in a very sophisticated Italian style and completed by with typical wood beamed ceilings provides a stunning atmosphere and envelopes visitors with a cozy holiday feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and stove. The bathroom includes a shower. Washing machine and hanging rack are available. Autonomous central heating and Air condition. Each room has a TV. The apartment has a bedroom with two double beds and a separate lounge with a double sofa bed. A free wi-fi internet connection is provided. With their famous and central location, it is easy to walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Foro Romano, Piazza Venezia, Campo dé Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican. Property is in the perfect location to walk to many of the main sites. Our furthest walk was to the Colosseum and that took about 20 minutes. The Vatican was about a 12 minute walk. Property has three large beds (one bed in living room and two beds in primary bedroom). Does have some stairs, to include seven steps up to get into the shower, so elderly guest be advised. He allowed us to check in an hour early and store our luggage in the stairwell of the apartment while we toured. It is listed as a 2 bedroom but is actually a one bedroom with 2 beds and a bed in the room when yiu walk in the door so that leaves no sitting room and the guests in the bedroom have to pass by the other bed to use the bathroom. We had everything we needed for our family of 5\. The process to check in was simple, and we were withing walking distance to just about all the things we wanted ot see and do in the city. I'd highly recommend this property. The only advice I'd give future customers is to use earplugs at night. The floors are thin, so we could hear the loud foot steps and thuds from dropped items by the people above us. There is also an external stairway that can be very noisy during earyl morning and late night hours. Ear plugs would help. Otherwise, we truly loved everything about the property. ##### Amy C. The apartment is on a quiet side street and about a 15 minute walk from St. Peter’s, 10-15 minutes to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, near grocery stores and restaurants, and near major bus lines. The apartment itself fit our needs, but it was tight for our family size (2 adults, 3 teens). The whole thing is three rooms. The front door opens into the main room, which just has a bed and an armoire - no couch, chair, etc. The back room is a large bedroom with two beds, a dresser, and closet. The kitchen is tiny: a small table, a rack with pots and pans, two small gas burners, sink, and a mini-fridge. We ate breakfast and dinner at the apartment most nights and we made it work, but it was tight. The bathroom has a shower (you have to climb five steps to get up to the stall), a toilet, sink, and bidet. There’s also a small washing machine in the bathroom that we used a lot. (No dryer, but there’s a drying rack.) There’s also an air conditioner in the back bedroom, which was pretty powerful - strong enough to cool the whole unit. ##### Michelle D. There is little shop, restaurant, grocery store just in few steps, and the attractions are all around. The only cons are that there is no living room(the bed is in the entrance), otherwise the appart was perfect, Luigi came back soon when we need it, and the lave linge help us to bring a light luggage. The apartment is conveniently located near all monuments to approach them on foot. Despite being in the center, the street is quiet and you can relax without noise. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds with linens and towels. The owner welcomed us very well and we recommend attractions nearby (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, etc only 2 min walk). It is a great location to see many historic sites. The area was very quiet. This is right in the heart of Rome. The apartment had everything we needed. The large double beds was a real plus. The owner organized a transfer at the airport which made things much easier. We had great Wi-Fi service. The owner is very close by and available at all times. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that would like to be so close to Navona square and many other wonderful sites. ##### Michelle H. Archival ### 4/10 Poor #### kathryn walsh 14 Jun 2016 #### Apartment was definetly NOT as described here. It was supposed to have AC but it was only in one room. It was supposed to have wifi but only in one spot. There was supposed to be 2 bedrooms but they turned the living room into a bedroom so it was difficult and no privacy.
