The Terrace

Elegant and bright penthouse with a panoramic terrace in the heart of the Nuovo Salario area, located in a gated community with a concierge. Easily accessible by the airport train from Fiumicino Airport and by bus from Termini Station. Features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Less than 100 metres away: a bar and tobacco shop, an ice cream shop, and a charming pub-restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking. During the summer, residents also have access to a shared pool.

The approximately 80 m² apartment is surrounded by a spacious and beautiful terrace facing east to west, furnished with a table, chairs, small sofas and armchairs, awnings, deck chairs, and lounge chairs where you can spend pleasant, relaxing days and evenings, using the barbecue and enjoying spectacular Roman sunrises and sunsets.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double with a king-size bed (160×190 cm) and one single with a queen-size bed (150×190 cm). The mosaic-tiled bathroom is a true gem, equipped with a shower. The living area, featuring a sofa bed, table, chairs, and TV (Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney, accessible with the guest’s own password) is furnished with great sophistication and enhanced by large windows overlooking the terrace; it also features an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, air fryer, and a Bialetti pod coffee machine. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
I’d add that the atmosphere here is truly unique!

During the summer, roughly from the second half of May to the first half of September (the official dates are set and provided annually by the building management only in the first few days of May), you can use the building’s shared pool to cool off and relax, perhaps after a long day exploring the city.

HOUSE RULES.
YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT
I am required to comply with police registration rules for security reasons; I kindly ask you to provide me with your documents and those of everyone in your group, either before your arrival or immediately afterwards.
RESERVATIONS MADE ON BEHALF OF OTHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED: The person making the reservation must be part of the group.
MINORS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE; there is a large outdoor area available.
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED
PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED: No loud noise or commotion; please respect the building rules from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. I have an excellent relationship with my neighbors and would be very upset to receive complaints from them due to any rude guests.
Toilet: IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO FLUSH SANITARY PADS OR TAMPAX to prevent clogs in the drain: you will be charged for any damage caused.
KEYS: Don’t leave your key inside the house, and take good care of it whenever you go out for the duration of your stay.
WELCOME KIT: In addition to sheets and blankets, you’ll be provided with one roll of toilet paper for every two guests and one set of towels (one bath towel and one face towel) per guest.
SHEET AND TOWEL CHANGE: A change of linens is provided every 7 days.
LAUNDRY: Use of the washing machine is free, and you may hang your laundry to dry on the terrace.
GARBAGE AND DIRTY DISHES: Please dispose of trash upon check-out and do not leave dirty dishes behind.
