Hotel staff in reception is really warm-kinded and enthusiastic.He is willing to help you no matter what trouble is. The good things are location and nice service. The room is really clean and tidy. However，Air conditioner can’t use in May. It will be available in June.And the hotel‘s facilities are a bit old.

One of the Staff wasn’t that friendly. The two guys were okay but the young women wasn't. She blew me and my wife off when I made a request for two extra pillows (this was day 2 of the stay). Only got one pillow. She was on the computer as was annoyed that she actually had to address me. Sorry I took up 60 seconds of your shift which by the way I helped pay for. When we got there originally to check in she was on her shift and blew us off (first time). Went through some stupid map of the landmark sites in 30 seconds….which I really could have cared less about. She did this with lacklustre effort and as if she was driving in a nascar race. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on the clients. Maybe find a new job. The room was clean and to date. A bit noisy outside. I would stay there again but it would be nice if they could accommodate my request for a couple extra pillows to be sent to the room. I do not think I was asking too much. One made it thanks to the male staff member But the second never did. For such a simple service request they need to do better as there were lots of options in the area. I did like that they were five minutes from the train station. We waked from there To the hotel.

Room was very clean, and very basic as a place to sleep after lots of sightseeing. One staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, and one was so aloof, I need to find a another word. Very close to Termini station, which was convenient, and 15-20 minute walk to many sights. Both nights were a bit noisy in the corridor, which woke both me and my children. So very basic, but clean, if you’re on a budget.
