This is a very convenient place to stay, it is close very close to the Colosseum. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Perfect location if you want to be in walking distance distant of everything. Air conditioning did not cool as much but it was better than not having an AC.

The location was perfect and the restaurant that was recommended was delicious. The room was small with only 1 small trash can in the bathroom, seemed slightly lacking. The A/C did not cool the room and the second night was hotter than the first. Despite the heat, not having warm/hot water did disappoint. The price was decent and the staff was helpful, we felt safe and there was plenty in walking distance.

Very important to contact the host like a day before arriving-for complete instructions on how to get in thw building. Once you are in, an older Empty lobby will greet you along with an old style (but cool)cage elevator. The BnB is on the 4th floor as u exit the elevator. The main reception area to the BnB looked like a mix of kitchen and office. The unit is clean though and presentable. Our room is the first one, and its neat and clean. A/C was great, bathroom clean, just a little some black spots in the shower (and the coil of the shower hear has some on it too that I sprayed down). This bathroom is also lacking some space to put your bath stuffs. It has a window without curtain, so we improvised a cover using toilet papers. The window from the bedroom has an aesthetic view of neighbor's yard and some domes of a basilica. This location is very convenient by foot to the colosseum, and we found out about it literally on our 2nd full day. Had we know it on first night, we would have strolled there and enjoyed a night scene of the Colosseum. The BnB is at the place called MONTY, very nice area, you won't be bored lots resto.t is also one station away from Termini. One thing we didnt like though was they cleaned our room without our permission and whilewe were out. They didnt have a door sign to put outside our room like in a regular hotel. Don't get me wrong, we appreciate the cleanliness, just the privacy was more important. We requested no cleaning remainder of stay. 👍👍👍

Great location. Right in Monti and close to so many great bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and other historical sites. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly. 15 min walk from train station. Felt very safe.

This property served its purpose. Was clean, but a little tired. It was a great location for us as it was walking distance from the Train Station and was an easy walk to all of the sights we wanted to see. We were able to easily see The Collosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, Leonardo's statue of Moses in a Basilica across the street and the Vittoriano Monument within 1 day.

If your practical like us, it does its job. Great location, friendly service, high ceiling bedroom with large windows. 5 min walk to the coliseum and tons of restaurants in the area. Cleaning service every morning. Extra blankets in the closet & we went during spring time and didn’t need to turn on heating or cooling.

Great location and great people

We stayed 3 nights in the family room. Great location right near the Colosseum and Roman Forum, also close to the Metro. Service was great and the air conditioning was a welcome respite given the heat wave that was going on. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but that was a minor inconvenience. There is a mini mart next door where we could get cold drinks.

The location is amazing! So close to the Colosseum and walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. It’s not a regular hotel so some coordination is required to make sure they’re there if you want to drop bags early to start sightseeing. We loved the food at the restaurant downstairs. A few things were less than ideal: the hot water in the shower stopped working. They tried to fix it but it was then going back and forth from really hot to really cold. There are no blinds in the bedroom so it was very bright in the morning. Lastly, there wasn’t a railing on the top bunk so we were too nervous to have either kid sleep there. Upsides were the location and working air conditioning. The bathroom looked newly renovated. They also helped us with holding our bags before check in and after checkout.

Everything was very good except it was very hard to find the actual property as there is no sign on the door and the buzzer to ring is hard to see. Also it did not say it was on the 4th floor so we did not know which floor to go to until the owner happened to come into the building and showed us where in the building to go. Google was no help as it sent us to a different property with a very similar name and showed the wrong property picture so was very misleading. Thankfully the other property knew where we were going and showed us where it was.
