Marzia was a huge help and was very responsive with any questions I sent her way. The place is in a super location, next to restaurants and bars but I still got a good nights sleep as I wasn’t affected by any sounds at night. I would happily stay here again.

Nice clean place. Very hospitable staff.

The location was ideal! The room was nice, clean, spacious, and overall great. Only downside was the noise from the night life outside, it wasn’t terrible but worth mentioning as a heads up. Use earplugs for those particularly sensitive to noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location but loud

The location was perfect, steps away from many restaurants and shops and Piazza Navona. The only bad thing is how loud the restaurants and bars were until after 2am every night. The room was very clean and the staff members were very nice, but the beds were super hard and uncomfortable.

Wifi connection in the room was unable. Room was very run down. Laundry and equipment left all over main area all day and evening. Light fixtures falling out, sink didn’t drain, tv remote didn’t work, baseboards falling off, etc. Room was damp, even with air conditioning unit.

The room was extremely hot from the moment we received the keys and throughout our stay no solution provided by property manager the air conditioning did not work at all she offered us a refund will see if that happens. Our stay for our family was awful never experienced anything like this from any booking with Expedia in over 25 years.

Da Place, Navona, Rome

Our stay was for 3 nights. The access was very simple as we had a code and keys for the entry door and the room. The location was absolutely wonderful, close to sooo many restaurants, very practical for very cool breakfasts and great coffee. And the restaurant in front, 34, offered the world's best hot chocolate! The room was pleasant, good bed, and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Warmly recommended.

Highly recommended if you’re not a light sleeper.

Good clean accommodation in a very convenient location for sightseeing. Excellent communication and a helpful taxi service arranged from lot airport pickup. Only downside was out 3rd night (Thursday) a club was open close by playing loud music til the early hours. No soundproofing meant a poor sleep. Great otherwise.

This property is immaculately clean! Be aware that the convenience of being in the heart of the piazza, it is loud all night long, but if it’s not hot in your room (depending on the time of the year) the windows are virtually soundproof. Loved it!

We had a huge king size bed and the room was big enough for that along with ample closet space and a regular bathroom. Convenient area for food and exploring the city even if it was a bit busy. Inside the room though is quiet so no problems there

Great location! We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was lovely. Only thing I would suggest is getting the lights on the bathroom mirror to work and adding a few mirrors in the bedrooms or sitting room. No full length mirror at all. Makes it hard for multiple people to get ready when the bathroom has the only mirror. Neighbirhood is fabulous!

Our stay here was fantastic! From initial contact by both Hotels.com and the staff at La Mongolfiera everyone ensured that we were well cared for. The room was beautiful and cleaned daily and when assistance was needed after hours the the response was prompt and provided exactly what was needed. The location was ideal close to everything but just off the main streets so a little quieter when needed most. There was also a great café just outside that is a must visit as well. I would recommend to friends and strangers alike.

Location Location. Half a block from Piazza Navona, this peoperty sits in the middle of the action, surrounded by restaurants bars ice creal parlors ect. Room was comfortable and clean. We traveled in July and weather was extreme heat and humidity. AC did ok job in cooling room, but like in rest of Italy ACs are meant to cool off a bit, never to be super cool as we do in my state Florida. Recommend corner restaurant for homemade food Virginae.

We arrived after check in hours due to our travel schedule. Very much appreciated the lift. Old buildings have old accommodations. No complaints there from me. Room was much smaller than I expected. Nice big bed, wifi and nice bathroom. Yes, the shower drain was an issue. The hair dryer won’t work if you’re trying to get ready after a shower. It’s a joke, needs updated. Great location to walk to sites and lots of restaurants and shopping.

Marzia was very good during the initial communication before, and during, our stay, the property however was not exactly as described. There was airconditioning in 1 room only, there was no mirror in any of the bedrooms, and one of the rooms had a leak when it rained. The apartment was located on the 4th floor and on more than 3 occasions the lift stopped working, severly impacting my elderly mother in laws ability to to either leave, or access the facility. The room did have a lounge however access into the apartment was via 1 of the bedrooms. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who has any trouble with walking up 8 flights of stairs.

We recently booked three rooms at this property and, while the location is excellent, we encountered several significant issues during our stay. Firstly, the property is located on the 4th floor of a building with no visible signage outside, making it quite difficult to locate. Secondly, the elevator, which only begins on the second floor, was out of service for the majority of our stay. This was particularly problematic as we were traveling with elderly parents, who struggled to navigate the stairs multiple times each day. The elevator was functional for only a few hours daily and was consistently broken in the evenings, which severely impacted our ability to move freely. On the morning of our departure at 5:30 am, we had to carry six large suitcases down four flights of stairs due to the elevator being out of order. Additionally, while the property does offer WiFi, it was virtually unusable, with speeds barely reaching 2mbps and often not working at all. We also experienced multiple outages of hot water throughout our stay. Though the concierge was responsive and attentive, there was little they could do as they were only available for limited hours each day. The property was unstaffed in the evenings and until 10 am each day of our visit. Given the consistent elevator malfunction and the hardship it caused our elderly parents, we find this situation unacceptable.
