Location is great. Easy access to Rome center. Subway stop is about 10 min walk. Bar around the corner for coffee. Rooms seem newly renovated. Very modern, clean. Comfortable bed , great shower. No 24hr front desk but available by WhatsApp and responds quickly. We chose this as it was also a 5 min walk to our car rental, Europecar. Would definitely stay here again.
Firstly the location is wonderful we were able to walk easily to many attractions- the room is really lovely and modern and the bed is comfortable ( it does have two beds pushed together but not an issue for us ) there is only a small suggestion to management that some proper cup and saucers would have made such a big difference! Paper cups are just not good enough in such a lovely room where you have gone to such trouble to make the guests comfortable
Communicating was easy - just be aware there is no face to face comped this is what you prefer maybe look elsewhere
I would stay here again when in Rome
Excellent value however it’s a walk to Trevi Fountain and an uphill location so be aware of that, especially in summer or hotter days. Property is great though, bed and bathroom fantastic, and staff helpful. A taxi from Trevi to property was 9 euro, so very affordable.
Been to Rome a few times, this has been the best place I've stayed thus far. Will definitely stay here again. It is unique without having an actual hotel staff present but communicating vis WhatsApp was seamless and responses were very timely. Highly recommend.
Very nice staff, we found ants in the bathroom at one point but contacted staff and they got rid off them so very helpful. The room was spatious and clean. Easy to contact staff.
We booked the accommodation thinking it was a hotel, but it was an Airbnb-style room. There was no one at the reception. We arrived late and had to find internet access to contact someone to open the door. They opened everything remotely, including the room door. This didn't give us any confidence because if they could open it remotely, they could also open our door remotely at night. We looked at other hotels, but due to the late hour and high prices, we were forced to stay here for two nights. My daughter and I couldn't sleep at night, wondering if someone would open our door. The room facilities were poor. The floors were freezing. It's located in a building that looks like an office building. Most importantly, it's absolutely unsafe.
