How amazing to find this treasure in Rome close to transport links and attractions. Don't be put off by the area around Termini. I felt safe and well looked after by all the staff. The Metro is a short walk away and easier than trying to navigate cobbled streets with a suitecase. Although you do have to climb a few steps. Spotlessly clean and tranquil. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I love the hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I felt welcome and taken care of. Great hotel, clean and the mist important had AC. Breakfast had many options even for people who are gluten free. I enjoy my stay.

The property was centrally located. Very basic amenities. The aircondition and lights were on one circuit and would time out without warning. You would have to be in the the room to resert the card to restart the air. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The reviews on this place are very accurate. It’s not fancy, but the location is fantastic, the breakfast is superb, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, a/c is pretty decent (for Europe) and perfect for a solo traveler that doesn’t want a hostel or a couple on a budget. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As a bonus note, the a/c panels in the room are quite nice but block a lot of airflow. They are held on by magnets, simply pull up and then out and you get much better airflow. Just remember to put them back on or they will need to call maintenance 😁

Breakfast was awesome. Many choices, replenished frequently. Loved all the sweets that were available as well as the eggs and bacon. We walked all over Rome and could see most sights without taxis or metro. Did take metro to the Aquaducts, a nice quiet day as compared to the hustle in Rome. Loved the restaurants nearby. Room was fairly small, but sufficient and was very clean. Even had a private balcony!!

Good location, just around the corner from the Metro. 15 min stroll to Termini station and approx 20 min to Coliseum. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, pastries, cereal. Vending machine on ground floor for cold drinks. Can get kettle & cups for room if you ask. Lovely lady on reception most mornings. Very clean, only gripe hubby didn’t like the bed.

Clean spacious room! Staff who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only two negatives: 1) could use a vending machine for water, drinks, small snacks. 2) I don’t understand Europe’s seemingly disdain for air conditioning. It’s too hot in the room and the windows don’t open. Definitely an issue.
