Highly recommended property! The check-in process was a breeze and the staff were amazing. Prior to our trip, we received clear communication and they went above and beyond by assisting with booking our transportation from the airport to the hotel. If your travels take you to Rome, and would like to stay next to St. Peter’s Square, do not second guess booking at the Borgo Pio. Can’t say enough great things about our stay.

Great location. Staff communicated via text and was available anytime. Check in was convenient and smooth. Checkout was even easier. Staff was friendly. Wish they had body soap but I'd still go back again.

The room was spacious for two people. Cleanliness was also spectacular. We just had a hard time figuring out the air-conditioning but otherwise once it got going we had a comfortable sleep because of the a/c. The place was also close or walking distance to stores, restaurants and the St Peter's Basilica. We weren't able to use the kitchen because we were out all day. The mini fridge is ok. Staff was helpful when we checked in. Overall the place was secure.

The room was spotless and exceptional. Federica provided excellent customer service and Lolita’s housekeeping was top-notch. The staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to colleagues and friends. We’ll definitely book it again when we visit Rome with His Grace.

Lovely clean, spacious room. Staff couldn’t help enough. Lovely little community kitchen area. Amazing shower, much appreciated after a long day of walking around. Great location right next to the Vatican. Definitely would be our go to if we come back to Rome.
