The hotel was new, not big. No room for eating breakfast, so breakfast was served in the room. We filled a blanket regarding our wishes, but we didn’t recive the things, that we checked in boxes. Didn’t recived breakfast at the wishing time. Otherwise the stay was great! The staff was very helpfull.

Small boutique hotel that was newly renovated which was such a pleasant surprise. We loved our bedroom (especially the shower). Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast each morning. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (thank you Sophia, for your warm and kind greeting when we first arrived!). Close to everything and faces a great little piazza with lovely shops and food.

Amazing boutique hotel with easy access to restaurant, church & taxi. The property is new with modern furnishings and a jacuzzi ! The staff is very helpful in bringing up our suitcase. The yummy breakfast was delivered in room due to a breakfast room ongoing construction. This place is super amazing and will definitely be back!!

イタリア旅行の締めくくりに、綺麗で新しく、景色の良いホテルで過ごしたいと思い、バスタブ付きのデラックスキングルームを予約しました。 予約の3ヶ月前からバスタブ付き・景色の良い部屋をリクエストし、ホテルからも希望に沿った部屋を必ず用意すると返答があったため、安心していました。 しかし、チェックイン時に案内された部屋にはバスタブがなく、窓からの景色も隣の建物の壁のみ。スタッフに相談したところ、女性スタッフは迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださり、翌日、景色の良い部屋への変更とフリードリンク・スパの割引を提案してくれました。 ところが、変更後の部屋は当初の予約より狭く、設備も劣るうえ、シャワーの排水不良までありました。さらに、スタッフが土足でシャワー室に入ったことで床が汚れ、排水口から出た髪の毛や水滴が部屋中に散乱する始末。男性スタッフやマネージャーの対応にも誠意を感じられず、最終的に免除されたのは宿泊税のみでした。 人員不足や設備の不備を理由にされましたが、3ヶ月前からリクエストし、ホテル側も対応を約束していた以上、納得できません。スタッフによって対応に大きな差があったことも残念です。 旅行の締めくくりを楽しみに選んだホテルだっただけに、非常に失望しました。今回の旅行で最も後悔していることの一つです。二度と宿泊することはありません。

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour à cet hôtel! Tout est parfait: la localisation qui nous permet de visiter facilement à pied, l’accès à l’autobus directement face à l’hôtel. La chambre était bien climatisée et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, et le personnel très gentil de l’accueil jusqu’à notre départ. Je recommande à 100% !!
