Everything was PERFECT. Location is right where you want to be. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the hot tub was fantastic. Very clean room and the service was friendly too. I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

Arrival is a bit tricky getting into the building and upstairs to the Hotel but not a real problem. Small Hotel with very friendly staff. Florence got us checked in, settled and was helpful with any questions we had. Light breakfast is provided at a restaurant around short walk from the Hotel. Room was a good size, quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. Central location and very walkable to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Vatican City.

Enjoyed our three nights - hard to find and located three floors up (there is a lift) which isn't ideal. Only staffed till lunchtime. Room clean. No complaints but no great positives either

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Literally the worst expierence I have had with an room. This is not a real Hotel. When we arrived at 3 PM no one was there. After 10 minutes of trying to figure out what was going on someone finally call me after I emailed the to try and get a code to get into the building. We get up to the room and it is horrible. The walls paint is scratched and dirt streaks. We decide to lay down on the bed and rest for a minute while thinking about what it might like to stay there and noticed a stench of what smelled like sweaty arm pit. The AC unit was on but was not cooling the room. Within 20 minutes we booked another room and left.

The staff was very helpful in getting us into our rooms early after an early arrival into Rome. They gave us maps to help us get around and made some very good suggestions for touring. We appreciated the little things like explaining the keys and having them in the order that we would need to use them. The rooms were clean and the showers were a good size. We weren't used to showers being fully glass inside the room instead of the bathroom, providing no privacy to the person showering. It would have been nice to have some sort of privacy screen or if the glass was etched on the bottom half. We made it work though. Everything else was great and we really liked the area. It was very easy to walk across the bridge to get to the city center.

- Zimmer sehr schön, grundsätzlich sauber, bequemes Bett. - Sehr gute Lage zwischen Altstadt und Vatikan. Sehr gute Restaurants im Quartier. - Parkgarage fussläufig erreichbar. -Wir würden die Jacuzzi Suite nicht mehr buchen. Das Jacuzzi nimmt viel zu viel Platz weg und war nicht sehr sauber. Ansonsten war aber alles sehr sauber. - Achtung beim gleichzeitigen Duschen und Lavabo benützen. Die duschende Person wird mit ausschliesslich 100% heissem Wasser bedient, wenn jemand das Lavabo gleichzeitig benützt. - Nachdem wir extra früher als geplant angereist sind, weil das Personal nur bis 13.30 vor Ort ist, war das Zimmer leider nicht wie in der Buchung angegeben ab 10.30 fürs Check-In bereit, sondern erst um 14.00Uhr. Natürlich hätten wir auch ohne Personal einchecken können, die Instruktionen, die wir erhalten haben, erklärten einen Zutritt mit 4 verschiedenen Schlüsseln für 4 Türen, das wäre uns zu umständlich gewesen. Wir wurden beim Check-In und während dem Aufenthalt gefragt, um welche Uhrzeit wir genau abreisen werden. Wir empfanden das als etwas irritierend, weil ja der Check-Out bis 10.30 angegeben wird bei der Buchung. Wir bekamen das Gefühl, dass man uns so früh wie möglich abreisen lassen wollte. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder bei ARA Suites buchen. Das Zimmer war gut und die Lage top!

Great staff, very clean room. There cleaner does an incredible job. It’s very close to everything. If you scared of elevators though it’s a bit of a hassle on the 3rd floor but nothing crazy for younger folks.

“The location was very convenient—within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and historical sites. The place was charming, modern, and very clean. The hosts were extremely helpful, and the big jet tub was a great touch! My only suggestion would be to add an electric kettle with coffee and tea, which would take it to the next level. I would definitely stay here again! 😊”

Guter Anschluss an den Flughafen mit dem SIT-Bus(Haltestelle 600m entfernt), Frühstück gibt es ca. 150m entfernt in einem kleinen französischen Lokal (Pro Person: 1x Heißgetränk nach Wahl, ein großes Croissant oder Pain au Chocolat, Brötchenkorb, Butter, Marmelade, frischer O-Saft) - wer mehr/anderes möchte kann dies dann gegen Aufpreis bestellen. Das Personal von ARA Suite ist nicht immer vor Ort, aber immer erreichbar. Bereits vor Ankunft konnten wir via WhatsApp klären, dass wir unsere Koffer im Hotel deponieren konnten und waren noch mehr erfreut, dass wir dann sogar schon unser Zimmer beziehen durften (mehrere Stunden vor offizieller CheckIn Zeit).Klar geht das nicht immer, aber wir hatten Glück und Giulio und sein Team haben es ermöglicht. Giulio hat uns zudem ein paar wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was wir wo noch neben den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten in Rom entdecken können. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, mit bequemem Bett, Safe, Minibar (2xWasser, 2xCola.kostenfrei). Alles sauber und gepflegt. ARA Suite ist im 3.Stock, es gibt einen klassischen, kleinen, alten Aufzug (ist jedoch nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen und vermutlich nicht Rollstuhl geeignet), aber für zwei Personen mit Gepäck oder nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag eine sehr große Hilfe). Die Betreiber von ARA Suite sind sehr bestrebt überall zu helfen und unterstützen und achten selbst auf Kleinigkeiten, wie die richtige Schlüsselreihenfolge am Schlüsselbund um spät abends wieder zurück ins Hotel zu kommen.
