Attractive, spacious 3 beds, 2 baths villa furnished to a high standard with a private swimming pool and garden overlooking the residential area of Quesada. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is the separate large dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped to feel at home. The spacious balcony overlooks the 8X4 m swimming pool and the beautifully maintained garden with BBQ and sunbeds, and it has fabulous panoramic views to salt lake and sea.
The area is one of the healthiest places in the world with 300 sunny days annually and the salt lakes helping to ease rheumatism, asthma, skin problems.
This beautiful villa boasts three bedrooms (comfortably suitable for 8 persons), two with double beds and one with 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. The dining area will accommodate eight to eat comfortably. SAT TV (English channels), air conditioning in all rooms are installed.
The property is suitable for all year stay being equipped with cold and hot air-conditioning units and fireplace. Cot is provided upon request for your little one (extra).
The sandy beach of Guardamar is a couple of minutes driving away. Likewise, a couple of minutes driving will take us to the lively coastal town of Torrevieja and to La Marquesa Golf Club. Banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other shops are within easy reach. A car is recommended.
Further opportunities are to visit Alicante and Benidorm with its theme parks (Terra Mítica and Mundomar) or Elche with its huge palm forest. Driving down to the south, Murcia, La Manga, and Cartagena are worth visiting.

There is a garden area with a brand new private swimming pool of 8x4 meters with led colours light to enjoy too at night and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and sun beds. The spacious balcony offers beautiful views over the residential area.
The Valencian Country region
Quesada is a residential city located 8 km from Torrevieja city on the Costa Blanca coastal line. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike with beaches, water sports, horse riding, shopping and sightseeing all close by.
In Torrevieja, there are many great restaurants, especially the local Spanish seafood restaurants, but there is also English, German, Swedish, Chinese and more types of food found here. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. The scenery is compelling with the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland.
There are five more cities within easy reach by car: Alicante and Benidorm (with theme parks of Terra Mítica, Mundomar) to the north, Elche ( with its large palm forest) to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartagena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante's El Altet and Murcia's San Javier - both within 40 minutes driving.
Ciudad Quesada
Quesada is 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. The 11 km long, sandy beach is one of the best on the coast with a stylish car-free promenade, exceptionally wide blue flag beach with water sports and beachside cafes. There are numerous other " blue flag " beaches in the Costa Blanca area: La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura.
Ciudad Quesada boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and amenities including banks, chemists, dentists, a medical centre, town hall, and supermarkets.
There is a Water Park in the town open during June July and August. The park offers a swimming pool, supervised water slides, a restaurant, and a beautiful lawned area. There are a municipal tennis court and a bowling facility where visitors are welcome.
La Marquesa Golf and Country Club is an 18 hole championship course. Golfers can enjoy the clubhouse and its bar and restaurant are open to golfers and families alike. The course is open all year round.

We had a Nice stay in Quesada. The kids liked the swimmingpool and the skatepark nearby. The communication with the owner was top! Clean house and during the week the swimmingpool was cleaned.

Lovely villa, spotlessly clean with everything you need. Beautiful spacious pool area. Great area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Car essential, as nothing is in walking distance, especially in the heat!! Rueben was a great host, and quick to respond to any needs. One improvement, is the sunbeds need cushions, as they are very uncomfortable.

#### Great Villa for a family of 4 or more
Reuben was great with communication prior to arrival and during our stay. The photos gave an accurate feel for the place, though it actually felt bigger and better than the photos. Inside and out was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We visited in April and the only thing we’d change was for the pool to be heated. The boys went in regardless but mum only once. Nice area outside to chill, bbq and dine outside which we did a couple of nights. Supermarkets a short drive away and beaches a few nice towns close by. Enjoyed our time in Spain.

The villa lived up to its advertising. We had a great week, the villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The aircon was very effective in all rooms, the kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and showers were good. Rubens was brilliant, available if we needed anything. #### August 2022 - Family of 8!
First time using VRBO, and I wasn’t let down at all. The comms with Ruben were ace, and any nerves or fears I had were put to rest before arrival. The Villa itself was lovely, everything you could want. The outside area by the pool was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Faultless really. BBQ, inflatables, clean pool, perfect!! You do really need some sort of wheels if you stay here, you cannot realistically walk to the bars and shops, unless endurance walking in the heat is your thing! We love the area, and everything it brings. The villa itself was spacious for 8 of us, my wife and I, four kids and my parents. The facilities were all good too. My only criticism, if I had to make one, was that the twin beds are not comfortable and could do with replacing, any movement on them (not in that way!!) and you’ll wake the whole villa. Other than that, great villa, great comms with Ruben. Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay, the house is great, and so are the pool and the pool area. Better than the pictures. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space, indoors and outdoor and very nice tendency and people. The master bed a bit hard though. We would return another time.

#### First impression was lovely views and great pool
Our stay at this villa couldn't of gone any better. Big enough for the 8 of us, and the pool was amazing. Lovely and clean and great for night swims with the kids with the led lights. All easy to use aircon units and kitchen appliances. I believe they had a new stove fitted recently and the old pans didn't work on the new induction hob, but with a text to the owner, new pans were brought over immediately. U need a car to get to the shops, as walking 20/25 mins in 35 degree heat isn't great with kids. But that was our choice to not get a car. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bbq came to very good use as we used it most nights. Overall great villa and lovely owners. We would definitely recommend.

#### Nice property. Well thought out.
We loved this property. Awarded 4 stars because 4 days into a 15 day holiday the electrics kept tripping which affected the use of the amenities and made it less of a home away from home. There was 8 of us therefore access to wide of amenities was a given as advertised. Katy and Reuben were quite responsive and easy to work with and tried to resolve the issue but unfortunately were unable to whilst we were there and we just learnt to live with it. If resolved then it’s 5 stars. The 3rd room sleeping 4 was a bit claustrophobic for teenagers. Recommend for smaller children. All said we had a good holiday and Katy and Reuben were very professional.

#### Beautiful Villa we loved it!
This is a beautiful and great sized villa that suited 2 families. In a nice quiet area. Plenty seating areas in and outside, pool very good size with loungers and we used the BBQ almost every night. You do need a car though as no buses however taxis are available to take you into the town fir 7euro. Nearest bars/restaurants approx 15 min walk and to town was 35mins. Town is bustling with bars, restaurants, mini golf & bowling.
