ABOUT CH VILLA LOS TERRAZOS CIUDAD QUESADA:
This villa is located on a cul-de-sac road overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course which is just a few minutes drive away. If privacy is important to you then you'll be happy to know that nobody overlooks this villa. The views are almost unrivalled with a fantastic panorama of whole of the Vega Baja.
As you enter the front gate of this detached villa, which is set on a 900m2 plot, you'll find private off-road parking with automatic gate, a large pool terrace with a 10x5m private swimming pool with sun-beds, covered BBQ, covered dining area and a neatly landscaped gardens with a long petanca court.
On the upper floor of the house, before entering the house, there is a really pleasant open terrace which is where the you'll enjoy those fantastic views. Upon entering the front door you'll be startled by the shear size of the large living room which features a high circular ceiling with chandeliers and comfortable lounge with TV and fireplace. Continuing on, the villa has a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a breakfast counter, a separate dining room with table and chairs for 6 guests. In the sleeping quarters all 3 bedrooms are of ample size and there are 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite)as well on the upper floor. The living room and bedrooms all have their own split air conditioning units.
On the ground floor level you'll be pleasantly surprised to find a games room which boasts a table tennis table and a wonderful pool table. Additionally there is TV, sofa and air conditioning. There is also a shower room downstairs which can be useful.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.
Ciudad Quesada is an extremely popular choice for holiday makers who are looking for a base and tranquility for their ideal break. It's lively the whole year round, offering plenty of amenities including it's own unique attractions La Marquesa Golf Course and Aquapark Rojales along with shops, bars and many restaurants.
The history behind Ciudad Quesada is intriguing, because it really didn’t exist until the early 1970 ’s when a Spanish entrepreneur called Justo Quesada Samper decided to start his own town. The urbanisation grew and grew, and today it is well renowned and accepted as a real Spanish town.

Staying at this beautiful villa was lovely. Aircon to help with the heat and a lovely big pool to cool down in. Everything you could need in the villa is there. Amazing views. Really friendly helpful staff with the check in and out process

#### Amazing views, amazing property.
Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time at this beautiful property. Stunning views and extremely peaceful even though it is situated in an urbanisation, making local amenities easily in reach by car whilst maintaining a good degree of privacy. Very well equipped and had all the facilities we needed and more. Excellent pool and terrace, with a huge balcony. 10/10 and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Beau séjour dans cette belle villa. De nombreux amenagements exterieurs. L'exposition fait qu'il y a souvent du vent mais la plupart du temps ce n'est pas dérangeant. Nous avons laissé un parasol de plage et des jouets car il n'y en avait pas. Pour les remarques adressées à l'agence, nous avons signalé qu'un étendoir à linge serait vraiment nécessaire car tout s'envole.Pour le reste, tout était niquel!
