One of the very rare 3 Bed Apartments (top floor bedroom via external stairs) by the golf course, it is spread out over 2 comfortable floors, providing privacy and space in this extremely quiet & peaceful area. Watch the pool from one of the 2 balconies or wander 10/15 minutes to bars, restaurants or a game of Golf! Beach 10 mins drive. Golf Course - across the road! Huge upstairs solarium. The house is very well equipped including air conditioning in all rooms, extra fans, satellite TV, WIFI and is tastefully furnished. The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest at no extra cost. Well behaved Pets are allowed at no extra cost - we are huge doggie lovers! ❤️ Please Note:- The pool is being retiled at the moment and will be open again on May 15th 2023\. Shane's apartment was ideal, nice quiet area only ten minutes down hill walk to La Maquesa Golf Club with bars restaurants and supermarket. El Recorrel Nature park with it's feature ponds and walks is only 15 mins walk, 2 mins in car. This place is ideal for dog walkers and nature lovers. Check out the Cuevas del Rodeo at Rojales. Fabulous cave houses now made into art studios with a artisan market Sundays. Rojales is a lovely town with great selection of restaurants with good prices for a menu del dia. There is a cycle path running along the Segura from Rojales which is another interesting walk. Don't miss the market there on Thursdays.. definitely recommend Shane's place. We couldn’t find the third bedroom and needed to phone the Manager.Most importantly the access to the apartment & pool is very misleading and needs to be made clear that it is an uphill walk from the front door which is actually at the back of the buildings.
