### Family Villa Santander 4 beds, 3 baths - 8 people Ciudad Quesada
The Villa is situated in a nice quiet area although only minutes from the village facilities. Upstairs boasts two double bedrooms which have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a solarium off the main bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom. It has the use of large gardens and a private swimming pool.
Both living rooms have flat-screen T.V’s which is able to receive English programmes. (BBC, ITV, Most UK Channels etc…)

Modern fully equipped kitchen. Open plan dining area.
Side door with stairs down to the pool area. Living area with Flat screen TV and open fireplace, Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and access to Solarium with outside furniture and two sunbeds. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom.

Access by own front door, Fully equipped kitchen.
Step down to the living area with a Double sofa bed, Flat-screen TV. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, door to the main bathroom. Twin room with fitted wardrobe, door to the main bathroom.
There is air conditioning throughout both accommodations
The village offers Restaurants, Bars, Banks and a good selection of shops, also sited around Quesada there are smaller areas with Restaurants, Bars and shops etc…
There is also a water park, tennis courts and a green bowling club all within 5 minutes of the village.
Quesada has its own free (E111) Health Centre with doctors surgery and a chemist in the village.
Within a ten minute drive are three towns, Torrevieja a large holiday resort, Guardamar a smaller (more Spanish) resort and Rojales a typically Spanish town.

#### Fabulous villa
We had a great holiday here. The villa was spacious, very well equipped and spotless. The pool was the warmest we’ve ever had! Lovely big plot, and peaceful neighbourhood. Restaurants 3 min walk away.

#### Fabulous Villa
This is a fantastic villa with amazing outside space. The accommodation was perfect for the whole family of six adults with plenty of space to spread out. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a home to home experience. Ruben you were a great host thank you. There ae local bars just a few mins walk away and the centre of Quesada is 15 minutes walk away. We had an awesome time thank you. Highly recommended.

#### Incredible Villa
A stunning Villa inside and out. All facilities you could need and more. We love this area as it is very quiet but a short walk to everything we need bars shop etc. The whole process was made very easy by excellent comms from Ruben who even managed to check us in slightly early. Thanks again for a great holiday. One slight error on the listing is the map shows the wrong location.

Overall we had a great stay ,the villa itself and location are fab some helpful additions would be A welcome pack , just a few basics to settle in (milk, bread etc) Information pack , recycling information also list of local amenities and places of interest. One disappointment there was no TV in the downstairs accommodation as advertised. Ruben was always on had and very helpful

#### The Villa Crew Quesada
Lovely villa, hosts Ruben & Katy were great. Our only comment about the Villa is, it would benefit from another two sunbeds. Ruben & Katy tried to source for us, but unfortunately they couldn't. Having a car would be advisable if anyone stays in Quesada, as there is no public transport. Well none that shows up. This is not a reflection on the Villa, just extra information. There is a couple of bars 2mins from the villa, and another three 10mins walk away. Centre of town is about a 15min walk, depending on the level of fitness.
