Villa Velazquez is a lovely detached villa with a large private pool, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. WiFi is available free of charge and there is a UK TV Freeview service.
Outside there is a superb area for Alfresco dining, with a brick built BBQ, dining table and six chairs situated on a patio area with the ability to cover with an awning.
The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and there are several terraces with superb views to the salt lakes.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.
Ciudad Quesada is an extremely popular choice for holiday makers who are looking for a base and tranquility for their ideal break. It's lively the whole year round, offering plenty of amenities including it's own unique attractions La Marquesa Golf Course and Aqua-Park Rojales along with shops, bars and many restaurants.

#### Great family villa in a quiet location
This property suited all our needs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, AC in all bedrooms and living room, BBQ, x3 terraces and covered / shaded area by the pool. Located on a quiet street but within walking distance to amenities. CH Homes are professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

#### Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable dans cette maison idéalement située et très très calme. La piscine est parfaite et bien entretenue, la maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce et les propriétaires ont laissé plein de notes sur les resto et les activités aux alentours !la procédure d'entrée et sortie avec l'agence était très simple, bien expliquée en amont. La communication pendant le séjour était également très fluide, un vrai plus.un petit rafraîchissement du matériel de cuisine et de nettoyage serait tout de même à prévoir...sinon tout parfait nous reviendrons certainement pour un nouveau séjour sans hésiter !

Great holiday had by all. Villa very comfortable, in a quiet area which enabled a relaxing holiday, exactly what we all wanted. Well located to walk to local bars, restaurants and supermarket. Communication leading up to and throughout the holiday very good.
