The villa is situated in Ciudad Quesada, a popular destination for families and golfers, just 2km away from the La Marquesa Golf Course and under 10km to three of the blue flag beaches in Guardamar.
The villa itself is all on one level and boasts it's own private pool. If your looking for an economic family villa with the luxury of having a swimming pool all to yourself then this is your perfect choice. It has fully kitted kitchen with dishwasher (yes, no washing up!), international TV, hot & cold air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, and of course Wifi Internet. The speed is more than sufficient to watch youtube videos, catch up with your emails, video calls etc.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.
Ciudad Quesada is an extremely popular choice for holiday makers who are looking for a base and tranquility for their ideal break. #### Excellent private villa
From booking process to collecting keys , directions and supporting information , couldn’t have been more professional and seemless . You always have a little bit of anxiety about what might go wrong , however totally unnecessary as all great . Villa clean , in ideal location and no overlooking , difficult to beat . Met Fransisco in office and couldn’t be more friendly and offered excellent support . If you want a relaxing holiday walking distance to bars an restaraunts , don’t look any further , highly recommended.

Very poor and run down, very cheap broken outside furniture. Pool was full of green slime and the pool never properly cleared after 2 weeks of the filter pump running continuously not to mention the annoyance of that. . The towels for the bathroom were old worn out beach towels. We had to go and buy more. We were left with half of a toilet roll. Really!. Nothing matched well 2 cups 2 plates. My wife cannot get out very well so we relied on the Tv. That never happened. The Fire alarm wasn’t working only one entrance and up about 5 stairs. No patio door. The door itself wants a coat of varnish.
