Lovely 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool. All on one level, there are two rooms with double beds and one with twin beds.
2 Bedrooms are situated in the main villa with a third bedroom and bathroom in an annex.
Air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is open plan and well equipped. Outside, a private solarium with views to the salt lakes, and terraces for "Al Fresco" dining.
The large private pool, plus easywalking access to all local amenitiesmakes this a superb choice of villa for all the family.
Further afield there are several championship golf courses and the blue flag beaches of Guardamar are just a 10 minute drive.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.
Ciudad Quesada is an extremely popular choice for holiday makers who are looking for a base and tranquility for their ideal break. It's lively the whole year round, offering plenty of amenities including it's own unique attractions La Marquesa Golf Course and Aquapark Rojales along with shops, bars and many restaurants.
The history behind Ciudad Quesada is intriguing, because it really didn’t exist until the early 1970’s when a Spanish entrepreneur called Justo Quesada Samper decided to start his own town. The urbanisation grew and grew, and today it is well renowned and accepted as a real Spanish town.

We have just returned from a fantastic 12 night stay at this lovely villa.From the very start of the booking process and throughout our stay the communication with ch holidays was excellent we also booked our transfers through them.The villa could do with a little bit of tlc but it was comfortable and offers good value for money with a good sized pool which was used daily by all the family.Adequate outside space which could benefit from a light at dining table for sitting out in the evening.The location of the villa is excellent with all amenities in Quesada a 5 min walk away no car necessary.Ideal family holiday would definitely return to this villa.

#### Great location
The villa is in a great location, close to Quesada's bars and restaurants. The pool area and roof terrace are fantastic. The communication was great thought the process and no issues with key pickup and drop off. The villa does need a little TLC in some areas but I would recommend it as a great place to enjoy Quesada.

Great communication with Camelot Homes, responded quickly to any queries, check in and out details provided well in advance. They also provided a bed guard at last minute which was very appreciated. The villa itself was in a great location. A nice quiet area, roughly 5 minute walk away from the town. We made use of the lovely pool, ceiling fans, AC, WiFi and washing machine. Everything as described in the property description and photos was accurate. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
