This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom upper floor apartment with sun roof solarium boasting beautiful views of orange & lemon groves in Pueblo Bravo, Ciudad Quesada. The property is located within a well kept community with access to a communal swimming pool and manicured gardens.
The property offers 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a recently refurbished modern kitchen and spacious lounge. As you come up you'll find a bright terrace and there is access from the back patio to a large roof top solarium with lovely views to the surrounding area. The property is walking distance to a couple of shops and restaurants.
There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and another bedrooms with two single beds. With an A/C unit in the living room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms this is an ideal property for a fantastic family holiday.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Excellent space/property - however the showers in the apartment are very disappointing; temperature was impossible to get right, in fact I would say dangerous. Such a shame - but having a decent shower is important on holiday!
Communication with Scott was great and when I messaged saying we were on the way and would be there right at 5, he said he’d wait for us.
Make sure to get good directions when you check in because the property can be a little difficult to find. The property was clean and the ac worked great!
The washing machine is on the roof in a cabinet which is fine, it just took a message to Scott to find it.
The rooms are a little darker and seem a little smaller than shown in the photos but otherwise exactly as photographed. The hot water in the en-suite shower wasn’t very hot and didn’t last long. I ended up showering in the family bathroom to get hotter water for my showers.
The property is in a quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute drive to Torrevieja. I would also recommend visiting Los Cutaneous, Los Alcazares, and Cartagena which are fairly close for day trips.
