View was fantastic staff were very friendly specially mr Zaki who made sure that our stay was comfortable all our needs were met and special thanks to aml at the house keeping department who made sure our room was spotlessly clean and very helpful.we stayed at most of the hotels on the Nile in Cairo and grand Nile was the least expensive but the best in guest service so we are definitely going back later on the year

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Great place to be if you have an earlier flights or want to stay in safe zone

It was a hidden gem. We felt like living at home. The staff, all of them were so polite and friendly. We came out very happy.

We stayed just one night in between flights and was super convenient. They picked us up with a shuttle and dropped us back. The restaurant was opened until late and the staff were really kind. The room was comfortable and good conditions.

The Hotel located near the Nile You can easily walk to the bridge. The staff are welcoming & they make everything smooth for you.

We (myself, my husband and our 9yo son) stayed for one night there, we got the room with the pyramid view. And what a treat was to wake up to that view! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is really nice. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were perfect! The bed was very comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us. The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

I would definetly come to this Hotel again, and definitely would reccommend this hotel. Im quite shocked how clean their towels and the rooms actually were.. most 5* hotels have marked towels. The staff were great the best thing about the hotel was everything. What i really found intriging was one call wverything on the doorstep in a matter if few mins.. everything was 5* the swimming area inside pool outdoor the roof top excellent service.. i amazed this isnt a 5*!!!! We stayed here as a family of four as parents with two older teenagers and had to separate rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean, good amenities. We had a room each with a hot tub as requested and had a view of the pyramids which was wonderful. The rooms were located along where the road is so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us at all. We were a family of four staying in the family room. Plenty of space with a king bed and two singles in two separate bedrooms. The room was very clean and had two fridges and safes. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool was nice and the rooftop bar had amazing views of the pyramids as well as fantastic food for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel offers a very balanced experience. The location is excellent, close to transportation and major points of interest. The staff were polite and attentive, and the organized tours added great value to our stay. Cleanliness and security were clearly a top priority.
