The hotel is very clean, do not judge the hotel from the entrance, as soon as you get to the hotel floor everything is perfect and clean, the hotel itself is on the first floor the staff are wonderful, Mohamed, Yustina and the hotel manager Nariman were very helpful, the hotel is in a perfect location many restaurants and cafes near by within walking distance , it worth the stay and the money, I highly recommended.

Had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the staff, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Sama became my regular destination. Book without hesitation. They have two locations. I tried both and they are excellent choice. Very central to all. The Ahmed Oraby location is so funky at night, you feel like you’re in an Egyptian movie. Soundproof windows, so you get to choose to hear it or not. Simple and thoughtful breakfast. Staff ready to pamper you and make you feel special. Thank you Sama staff

Very new and comfortable place, just like in the pictures. Excellent location and very nice and helpful staff at the front desk. Cheaper rooms are quieter because they don't face the street. The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was very clean. The studio apartment was very spacious with the added benefit of the washing machine/ dryer. The staff were friendly, helpful and went over and above to help in any way (carrying luggage, getting taxi etc) Worth noting you need to go online & prebook time for breakfast & what you would like.

A very comfortable and spacious room, clean and functional. Simple and basic breakfast included. Excellent price, if you don’t mind the hustle and bustle of Downtown Cairo. To me it’s a privilege to be in the center of it all. The Al American coffee shop is a must and it is a few minutes away. I will defiantly come back to this hotel. A Note to the Boss. Your windows are not soundproof .
